When I first tried to apply a coupon I had I was told it had expired, even though the expiration date had not passed. It took two emails to customer service and a copy of the coupon to straighten it out. The first email resulted in a generic and very condescending reply. Although the coupon was finally honored, the process was extremely annoying and very unnecessary. If Alibris is going to offer coupons they should at least have the correct expiration date in their system!

Book selection and condition ratings are great but the checkout process can be frustrating. Today I kept entering information from a credit card I know to be valid but the system would not accept it. I'd love to know why that card kept getting rejected.

You need advanced search. Should include author, title, isbn and store. You need to offer combined shipping costs because it's absurd to have to pay the same amount for each and every book from the same 3rd party.
