The items in my shopping cart disappeared when I signed in. I had to go back and reconstruct. That was a pain. Otherwise, it was fine.
I received a damaged/defective copy, and, at first, Alibris refused to offer me a pre-paid option to return the item. When I finally convinced the customer service agents to send me a pre-paid label, I still had to purchase the item all over again. It would be much better if Alibris would offer to replace defective items rather than having to re-order them. In some cases, you probably lose sales because individuals may look elsewhere for what they want instead of re-ordering.
I always buy my Phantom Dailies and Phantom Sundays from Alibris because, with your coupon discount, you always offer the best value. However, I wish you would ship directly through the USPS Media Mail instead of using that inferior UPS Mail Innovations that is slow and much more likely to damage the books in transit.
