Not sure how they calculated the PA 6% tax for a 99 cent book. They came up with 33 cents. Here in PA it would only be 6 cents. The tax does not apply to shipping cost!

The strange thing is this was not the case with different books. It was annoying. Another annoying moment:"Please agree to the checked box before submitting". There is no checked box. Now I cannot submit comment, another annoying moment.
