I've always had good service and the quality of the used books has been reliable.
I ordered this book a few weeks ago. It came in audio format and 2nd Edition. I did not see it was audio and was very disappointed. I am reordering the paperback in 3rd edition.
Ordering was perfect. Hopefully my AAdvantage points will show up in time. And I'm not too sure how the access for that ebook will work. If it works well, I will certainly order other books fromAlibris.

Prices are always better than the competitions and the feature that checks for similar items from the same vendor (to help lower shipping fee) is brilliant.

I was trying to see if the same book seller had the two books I wanted to buy so I could save on shipping. I needed to open two windows, one for each book, then compare the two lists to find common sellers. I would like a better way to cross reference titles and sellers.
Easy to find everything. Two items were less expensive, two were more expensive. So only purchased two.

Frustrating! It was hard to find the books I was looking for, I wasn't able to figure out how to put in the cyber Monday code, so I didn't get the deduction, the shipping is too expensive! Why wasn't I able to get the higher discount? I am spending over $100, mostly in shipping.
A brief message flashed by about an "order optimizer" but having passed it by, it wasn't obvious how to get back to it/find out what it was.
Good experience although I didn't see a claimed "quality" of the particular copy of the book that I was buying; perhaps I missed it?
