Ordered a book, it got cancelled because it wasn't really available, went to order again, the site indicates it is still available. Almost ordered from the same seller again. I had to search back to the original order to figure out the vendor I needed to avoid. I was able to re-order from another vendor, but if a book isn't available, and you have to cancel an order, please take the book down. The cancellation notice did not say which vendor was being used. I had to chase that down. It only identified the book. Pleas indicate THAT vendor did not have it, and specify the vendor so a customer like me doesn't re-order the same non stocked book by that vendor. Thank you.

Shippig costs are hidden unless you click for a detailed view of each item. It would be more transparent and convenient if the item cost and shipping cost were displayed togeather for each item and could be sorted acording to total cost.
