They took my money same day I ordered 6 ink carts. I paid for expedited shipping. I finally got someone on the phone 5 days later to find out one of my items was not even in stock and wouldn't be for at least another 2 weeks. No one answers the phone. You have to leave a message. The don't get back to you the same day. When they fnally called me back, at my request they cancelled and told meI don't get my money back for 5-9 days. ISN'T THAT ILLEGAL? So they take your money, don't tell you you'll be waiting at least 3 weeks, but they keep the expidited shipping. And no notification whatsoever. $#*! customer service. Never again will I order and nobody else should either.
Tip for consumers:
They never informed me, despite me paying for expedited (2-day) shipping. They also don't answer the phone. They make you wait at least a day to call you back

Cancelled my order since they don't even have it in stock
I like the feature where a replacement book was offered when the original order couldn't be fulfilled. It was easy to move forward
