Could do with a click-on box to explain what the 'DVD Regions' are, given there's a difference between UK and US formats and it wasn't always so clear whether individual DVDs would play on my UK DVD player

I had to click the Order Now button twice today - I think it was because I had not agreed to cookies - I think there should be an option to disable non-essential cookies - I hope my order is NOT duplicated!
I have had to find another copy of a book to buy since my order from AwesomeBooksUK was just cancelled because they did not have the item in stock. This is very unprofessional on the part of AwesomeBooksUK, and I will be avoiding all of their books in the future.

Search function is okay, shopping basket is not clear on where your items are. Shipping calculations should be confirmed before payment window, payment authorisation step is very dated.
Although I have bought a number of books from you recently this time you would not accept my password or email address and I had to go through a lengthy process of purchasing as a guest.
Asked a few questions from We Buy Books pre purchase by e-mail but received a poor response. Had to phone for a reply. The phone response was positive or I would not have continue with purchase.
When I tried to order in my own name I have the problem that I forgot my pasword. Your saytem sayd then that I would get an information per e-mail to reset the password. But I never ecieved an e-mail. Frustrating! So, eventually I placed the order with the name of my wife.
I have bough quite a few books from Alibris over the years and have always been very satisfied with my shopping experience. Well pack and described, and very reasonable postal rates 10/10
I am a returning customer, but haven't registered before, merely buying as a guest. I have always been very happy with my transactions with Alibris.
The only thing that spoiled it was that I opted for payment by PayPal, but could not go to sign in. Website only allowed me to proceed when I entered card details
The shipping time is quite long. I hope the service time can be reduced. The tracking is also missing.
Would have liked to have seen a picture of the book before buying and better idea of how long it would take to ship - maybe with options to pay for faster delivery?

Five-star good enough? Shipping to the UK is the best cost available. Congratulations. Too many retailers use an overseas order as an excuse to levy unreasonable charges.
Easy to find, good selections, only would have liked to see inside, or compare it to a similar version published some years back, but otherwise, all good.

Basically not providing the service without intrusive obstacles and too interested in data appropriation
The website is easy to navigate and the price comparison from different suppliers is good, although it can display the incorrect highest/lowest prices sometimes. Will still continue to use this site.
The Site interface is not very good when I find the book. There's a long left column of books I'm not interested in, before scrolling down to the one I want.
Seems really good. I like that the site set currency to my locale.
If the item arrives as promised then I'll be back to up the rating to 5 stars.
