Dissapointing as this is the third time I have tried to by from your current availability list. This has not happened to me before. How often does list get updated?

A wonderful place to get my collection from, unlike eBay where the price may be cheap but the delivery £££, on this site you get exactly what you pay for with the standard delivery.

Happy with choice of books and ease of shopping. There is no Paypal option, however, and my debit card details were not accepted. Two attempts failed, and no reason given.

I'd no problem ordering this book. I had this book for years — loaned out and lost forever. Hoping to receive this book by my much loved friend, Alasdair, soon.

First time buying with you. Better choice of children's history books. For a 12 year old hard to find. I also am looking for 19th century kids history books.

I am nervous about entering financial information so many times. I would like an option for express delivery. I hope I will be able to track my parcel all the way to delivery.

Quite easy to navigate - pleased to see location of stores so to avoid too much travel costs on the environment. Would like to see no plastic used or an eco rating for stores

An easy site to navigate. Found all the books I wanted straight away and prices are extremely cheap. As I only want something to read I don't want to spend a lot on a paperback. Great.

Voucher issue doesn't seem to be proportioned to spending - how about sending more vouchers to those making more purchases, with a higher threshold each time?

Smooth checkout, no hitches, speedy turnaround on the transaction, but the site itself is getting a bit long in the tooth, and the searches can be a little clunky.

As ever, the experience was a very vigilant one with security checking a password change and alerting me.

Enjoyed it. Lots of great stuff to choose from. I'm particularly pleased that this excellent documentary is available to buy. Look forward to seeing it.
