Sometimes the books are in worst condition than presented.
I would like to receive more information on the shipping times, especially when there are delays.

Found book I needed easily (using partial book name as I wasn't sure of the spelling of the German author's name) on Bookfinder, who referred me to Alibris. Checkout was painless and shipping was less than I had expected!

Not easy to tell how to calculate the cost of shipping, whether it's more or less if from different sellers or for more items. Itemising this would make it easier.

Still waiting for 3 books which shipped on Sep 27 and Sep 29. Would understand if it took more time to ship from USA, but no info re expected arrival date in the details sections

Difficult to "verify" my card details. How and where do I do that?

Quick, uncomplicated and used books at very good price ranges. Searching tols and filters for this portal are very useful to narrow in on some nice bargains.

Tried repeatedly to enter last three digits on card, eventually successful - given my computer skills almost certainly my fault?

All went well, though I think the estimated shipping cost of £2.99 for a hardback book from the USA to the UK will require some adjustment by the seller - it should be about £20-25.

Most of the time items arrive in much better condition than other sellers, I would say consistently. However, shipping speeds are also very slow, possibly due to the lockdown.

Buying from you for 10+ years and never once found any of your vouchers relevant. Most 2nd book purchases are sub £10 so you really need to lower your voucher thresholds

Research for items and shopping procedure is very easy, there is usually a large variety of items to choose from (used in different conditions or new, cheap or expensive).

Would have been good if I could search for a single bookseller who can supply me with 2 different books. Would save postage I think. Otherwise it is good

So far so good - mostly everything arrives OK. You would do better if you asked after the books arrive!

Have "subscribed" - I think just to emails, but am concerned that there may be a hidden fee involved as I have been had by a subscription fee before by other outfits.?
