Good. Not obvious how to update card details. Unreasonable to make people type 50 characters.

Suggested books are improving, but it would be nice to be given more suggestions of books based on previous purchases. Overall its a simple, fast, easy interface.

Previous item on Alibris books but not available. Informed in good time, but reflects badly on the firm. Also no mention that payment would be refunded/not taken.

I have had to create a brand new account with a new credit card in order to purchase a book because my long standing account began to reject my payment, request it again, and in the process each time tripping my banks security procedure so that i had to call my bank each time to reset it. So easy to use and very VERY fair pricing for a book addict! As someone not in the US but with an interest in may things US related (railroads, subways, Hollywood, US history) I can source so many books at good prices.

Disappointed that the book I had ordered is not available from the first seller but glad that you have put me in contact with another seller. Wonder if it will cost me more than my original order?

There was a hitch at the end of my first attempted order andI'm a bit worried that the book might take up to 16 days when we're only in the next county.

Quite easy to navigate but I wish there was a way sellers could put more detailed information on the conditions of books. I like that you can see the sellers average rating

No indication to "Continue Shopping" when order placed. Had to go back to author. I chose Alibris because I've bought books from them before without problems

I live in Sweden but have an English bank account which I have used to order the book. However your system doesnt seenm to take the domicile of the credit card into account. I have been debited in SEK at my English bank. I presume I willl incur a conversion charge.

Sellers reliable and book descriptions usually self-consistent for each seller; postal charges extremely reasonable, even for international purchases.

I had problems registering my new credit cards with you so I hope that you haven't charged me twice (or three times) I only want the one book, paid for once!
