I had some difficulty returning a sleep shirt with very thin material. I wanted to exchange it, but there was no space to reorder a new sleep shirt. Now I can't tell if I'm getting a refund towards the new sleep shirt or a refund and then pay again for the new sleep shirt. In addition, the order# included with the sleep shirt was not the actual order #, so the return paperwork kept getting bounced back. I had to look up my order to get the correct order #.
Would have been nice if the book I ordered had actually been in stock.
The book I was looking for showed up as available and when I got to the site, it wasn't, so I had to find it again in another store. Otherwise, great.
I had 2 books in my cart from alibris and, apparently because I didn't immediately buy them (I was looking for others and wanted to wait in case I found some others I could buy through alibris) and they were erased from my cart. So I had to start all over again.
Easy to find, good selections, only would have liked to see inside, or compare it to a similar version published some years back, but otherwise, all good.
