I import goods from all over the world, and it is nice that there is one place to find manufacturing partners to work with. I do have to say I am getting a little aggravated at some of the sellers on the site which is not Alibaba's fault. Most of the sellers tried to do business off the site and through Whatsapp or Email. Alibaba has all the tools to communicate on there so I am not sure why anyone needs to use an app like Whatsapp. (Especially now that they have the video phoning available. I realize that to a point in some cases there has to be some other kind of contact to get the services and products as being requested. I also understand that they are paying to sell to me on Alibaba and they can save themselves and possibly reflect those savings to me by not using the site. As a buyer, I am willing to pay a little more to get the trade Assurance and having a step by step process for both sides. This almost always results in much smoother and pleasant transactions. Another complaint on sellers, not Alibaba, is nobody is reading inquiries at all they just responded with, "Hi can I help you or do have any questions?" It like well, I don't know I just wrote you a semi book that explains everything I am looking for. Which you seem to have not read at all, and now I have to write it sentence by sentence and sit here for several hours waiting to get across what I have already explained beforehand. I have had really great experiences with Alibaba as a company and appreciate their backing when working with new people that are in different parts of the world. I feel like the platform is so large that no matter what browser I use and how great of a system I am on the site platform crashes and freezes all the time. I have a surface book 16G & 512GB and I still have this problem with it, so I am thinking it isn't just me having problems. If they could get this issue tweaked out I would love that. I deal with it, but there are times it gets really bad.

I have used Alibaba for finding products I need for about 5 years. I have found at least 8 or more vendors that I buy from on a regular basis. All of these vendors take full responsibility for what they sell and make sure I am completely satisfied. I know that is because Alibaba holds them to a highs standard. I am careful with who I do business with but you have to do that no matter where you go. I am very satisfied with Alibaba. I have saved a lot of money on items that I simply cannot get where I live.
