We have been purchasing from Alibaba for our diamond painting store for about 8 months now. We have gotten great service and products. There are some really amazing suppliers and maybe I have just gotten lucky, but everyone we have dealt with has been professional and helpful with everything. We currently use 7 different suppliers for different items and it has been a positive adventure so far :) We have never been scammed or ripped off. Communication is always prompt and some have even gone above and beyond and keep working into the wee hours of the morning for them so it is a convenient time for us in the states.
We have bought glass rhinestones, resin diamonds, diamond paintings, promotional stickers, containers and all sorts of inventory for our store.
Almost impossible to log on after the last transaction. After clicking ‘forgot password I do not get an email sent to me.
