Fine for finding companies selling different products but they are not good at managing issues between buyers and sellers. It's always shady and difficult to buy from a seller online from across the world and they don't do anything to make it easier. Additionally, they do not have an easy claim support. I received broken glass bottles and they asked my to fish through the broken glass to give them an accurate number of how many glass bottles were broken. Absolutely ridiculous. Once your money has been sent, you won't get it back no matter the condition of the product you recieve.
This is the fourth supplier that I have contracted with through Alibaba, I have vetted about thirty. If you do your research, you will find quality companies, just like anywhere else.
Not everyone is honest or can provide the correct information, prices are not what they always advertise, but in general i would say 80% are here for business and are professional.
My good experience that Alibaba refunded my purchase when i had a bad deal and supplier could not fulfill my order.
The bad experience is the communications, some they take too long to reply and sometimes they never do, or if they do they provide the wrong information, be careful and be clever how to close deals.
I made many purchases (more than 2 containers and 5 LCL shipments and few by air) for my company and 95% are completed in perfect conditions.
