Alibaba has many new trendy collections. Their Fashions were great and the quality of the products is awesome.

A Egyptian Glass Perfume Company coned me out of $2064. 00 on a glass order through Aiibaba.com. Never got order or refund. Never do business with Alibaba.com. They lie, cheat, will never get my business again. Yes, I tried to work with Alibaba.com to correct, with absolutely no help or responsibility to fix.

I stupidly trusted that this was a safe place to shop. I was horrifically scammed. You cannot trust that anyone has been vetted.

Don't trust them. They side with seller even if seller is fraudulent.

I have multiple evidence you can see. They are completely opposite than Amazon, eBay and PayPal. Alibaba is unfair and they don't make sense e.g. tell you to claim from logistics yourself. Then logistics say get the seller to contact. Anyways who will pay delivery cost which was so high for decieving items.

I lost a lot of money, business and health.

Please read evidence:
1. How did SELLER provide them evidence of my delivered item unless she knew the claim will be made?
2. Did I buy to make claim of refund? I asked them from day one to take it back but two months they wasted my time.
3. Is it a joke to ask the buyer to claim from Delivery service. I called them multiple times and they said as I expected, the seller needs to contact.
4. Alibaba gives one day to upload evidence. Look at their message. As normal human, you know it is impossible to get hold of any logistic company within a day. Lockdown has made it worse.

Nevertheless, have you heard PayPal or any other companies give less than 7 days? Even 3 days makes some sense. You can see they are unfair and playing

We were scammed by a company called Leisuremate. They are a dishonest company. Do not do business with them.

I have been dealing with suppliers through Alibaba and I am satisfied. The only supplier I dealt with directly is zhenghou Great Great Machinery Equipment Co. Ltd. 100 Science avenue, High tech Development Zone,, zhenghou city, Henan province. This supplier did not respect the details of the order like not send me the agreed spare part or other customized parts like the Logo cylinders to be embossed on the masks nor did they respect the time line for delivery. The promised 20 days for delivery for a 1+2 masks making machine and head bands welding machine has become 2 months and the ordered fabrics arrived 4 months later. I request Alibaba to help otherwise I am going to report the matter to the chinese Trade office at the Chinese embassy in Dubai and the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Dubai Customs. Please help us..

I order products to be shipped to Australia. When they arrived they were completely useless. My supposed trade assurance was their to assist me in my refund,. So after I sent the faulty product back to the suppliers and after when I lodged my claim I was denied for the reason of "the supplier did not show his business phone number during the transaction ". The Customer support is nothing more than a "SCAM FRONT"! This is how Alibaba makes it profits, by selling faulty products that costs absolutely nothing to produce, and then STEALING CUSTOMERS HARD EARNED MONEY! DISGUSTING BUSINESS, DO NOT USE THEM!

Do not hesitate to ask all product specifications you need, a good supplier will fullfill.
Use photos, videos to let supplier know what do you need.

Alibaba.com return policy is Totally bogus and worthless. They wanted proof and evidence in which I supplied 100% thru there sites messages between me and the seller with pictures of concerns that I would be getting the correct item, after receiving a item completely different. Alibaba.com would not back it up and closed the case with A Sorry. Now out $300.00 and worthless pieces of junk.

I have started a business in 2020, and have ordered 1st order on Alibaba. I received completely different stuff as I ordered. I provided snapshots of what I ordered and what I received was actually completely different. I cannot sale that stuff in UK as UK seller. Seller sent me all trash from his bin may be. Alibaba dispute team took more than 2 months and decided in favour of seller saying that we don't have enough evidence. I am attaching items I ordered and Items I received here. I will recommend everyone to stay away from Alibaba and Aliexpress as they are "Ali Baba and 40 thieves" where 40 thieves are their sellers and Alibaba is supporting them as they are getting commission from them.

I am refilling a claim # ******* because all the info that I gave you about the supplier showing that he did not fulfill their agreement. The supplier would not let me use your platform or Trade Assurance service. I have in the last 3 to 4 months tried supplier and all they wanted to do was push me to whatsup app to do their business. This supplier had high rankings on your platform. I did everything that the supplier wanted and I even asked at the time of paying the supplier that this is free shipping. If you would look at the transcript on whatsup it shows me asking about shipping and port fees and the supplier saying its free shipping to my address. I have the payment that I made the shipping tracking number from the supplier. After 3 days of the product being shipped the supplier wanted more money for port fees. The supplier is the one that broke the agreement and at the end I asked for my refund because the product and I was not going to give them more money because that was not the agreement. The supplier said that he was not going to refund and wanted me to pay for the shipping fees. This is not apart of the agreement and if you looks at the pictures the supplier even has your logo at the top of the message app. You need to look into this or even look into your suppliers that are scamming customers out of their money.

I ordered Ferulic acid from Ali Baba. I paid 200 dollars to have it shipped within 10 to 12 business days. They sent it to Memphis Tennessee instead of Canada. I received no product but an email from Ali Baba saying now that I have had the product for a couple of months, the time to complain is over. The product arrived after 3 months and was labeled Wild Yam Extract. I contacted the company and they said that they always put their ferulic acid in Wild Yam Extract bags! So I paid 250 dollars to have the product assayed by a good lab and it came back NOT FERULIC ACID. CanLab China told me that the lab was wrong and that it was ferulic acid! Also they shorted me one kg. of product. They refused me a refund because they lied about the product. So I am out almost 800 dollars. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH ALI BABA unless you are a gambler and can pay to have the product assayed by a lab in under 30 days (the time you are allowed to complain).

The quality is great and the shipment was on time! We are greatful that Mark went above and beyond during a pandemic to send these pants out for our team and he also been helping us communicate with our forwarder and we greatly appreciate it. Looking forward to do more business with you!

Do your own sereach as much as you can. Alibaba is good place to find your product or supplier but its extermly challenging to get one. Never rely on the product description provided by the supplier. Most of the description on which a buyer make decision to buy are not correct, same description used for multiple products with different price. If ask for reason then there is no reason. Just try to make up a reason on the run.
