Finding what i wanted on Alibaba was easy, as was placing the order with the supplier. The Trade Assurance was very helpful, and i am now lot more confident in buying through Alibaba. The supplier was also very good, and the items I bought were high quality.

Everything is fine.the quality of the service and the speed of the seller's shipping as well as the price and quality of the products make alibaba a page that is really attractive, for any type of buyer, as long as the policies do not change, we will continue buying.

Alibaba does not clearly explain the process and specially shippig charges. The supplier says FOB and has not idea of shippign costs.
It is not clear what does DDP etc mean to suppplier?

Only one complaint... when I made the order I specified the provider, through chat, a feature regarding the connector or plug, I requested it type USA and sent it as EU type, I will have to buy it separately. They just skipped that specification, from then on, everything perfect.

Alibaba is an website for connecting to producers in china and other countries! I have used it for over 2 years and have yet to have an issue.

Alibaba works just fine. The interface for contacting with the suppliers can be improved in order to make it a little bit more friendly, but it's Ok.

Good provider and very fast from Hong Kong to Spain. I put the motherboard in the phone restore with itunes and works perfectly.

Very good experience. Mostly Good human behavior not to all but its OK. Some time fight for a sample for quality purpose but overall very good place for a businesses.
