Never recieved my order all they do is keep sending me proof that I did not receive my order so I'm going to send them a picture of an empty mailbox I hope that works I can only give them one star because it will not let me give them zero I will go to the Better Business Bureau and lots more shots before I'm done enjoy that lousy 40 bucks you got off me because you won't get any more

I used Alibaba alliance and it was so bad that i just gave up and lost over $1200. I was like dealing with 5 year olds and reminded me how backward some company's are. I had to prompt there support team as they didnt have a clue. Promised a refund and never did, stalled for time and lied to me. Its was just dreadful and a total waste of time. Still dont have my money.

They keep their promise when it comes to shipping and all their products are of good quality. They just never disappoint. They deliver as promised and the customer service is tops. You try them if your in this industry and see for self.

I was charged US$60 for standard shipping from China to Australia for package of 0.5Kg. Extremely too high.

I have purchased hundreds of thousands of dollars in products over the years through Alibaba's platform. Recently had a supplier send me a completely defective, different product then what i had ordered. I have all the products ready to ship back to be compensate. Provided Alibaba with an insane amount of proof that the product was not what i ordered, and they still did not credit me. I am at a loss for $15,000 with stock i will never be able to move.

The company Fohan Honggan furniture so bad quality, I bought pedicures chairs, facial chairs, stroller, Ect…massage chairs it's doesn't work, most my furniture are damaged when is arrived, also they send me different items that ordered.
I discussed to them all they tell me send it back to them. Me the one have to paid for shipping.
Fee its could be $3000 so not worth it.
Should shopping in USA now on it's safe and better quality. You can have free return if it's their fault.

Alibaba sells cheap knock off products that arent the brands they claim to be. They are a scam company and will change your email so you can't file a dispute. I was locked out of my account after complaining
