“Unbelievably bad aftersales”

Banggood have sent me a simlar product, i. E WRONG product. Because it doesn't have some of the features described on their site. So far they are refusing to replace it findng silly excuses. If they don't replace it or give me my money back by next Friday 01/28, I will sue them for fraud and give them the worst publicity ever.

Tip for consumers:
Although they have offered full refund, I haven't accepted it yet beacause we are still negotiating whether they can provide me with the exact product I have purchased (with all the features as advertised on their site) or not. In case they cannot, we are talking about a serious case of false advertisement here).

“False advertisement or what?”

Thank God I contacted the supplier before ordering the phone below: some of the features advertised on their site (e.g. See p. 2) exist only in Chinese, which, as they claimed, they neglected to mention! If this is not false advertisement, then what is it?
