I ordered multiple different products from 3 different Chinese sellers and received poor quality products. Filled with defects, scratches, dents and poor finish that were not mentioned in their product listings. I was confident that their "Trade Assurance Policy" would protect me but it turns out they always favor sellers over buyers, just like what others experienced here. It's been 5 months since I filed a chargeback with my bank but it seems that I won't be getting my money back.

We've used Alibaba several times now for different purchases on different products from different suppliers. We've never had a problem dealing with the vendors on the platform and we're very impressed with how easy it is to conduct the transactions on the Alibaba platform.

Огромное спасибо, я заказал умный унитаз с п-трап соединением, без ограничение давления воды. Что в Казахстане очень актуально, потому что у нас сантехнические трубы почти у всех соединяются с задней части туалета. И в Казахстане водопровод с низким давлением воды, у меня 5 литров набирается за 40 секунд. Поэтому нужен скрытый резервуар для воды. В этом унитазе он есть и объем 5 литров, набирается быстро!
Смыв у него уставлен с боку и обеспечивает круговое вращение торнадо, которое очень хорошо чистит стенки. Есть смыв внутри отверстия которые проталкивает воду уже во внутрь трубы. Это все обеспечивает почти 90% чистоту унитаза, и облегчает его обслуживание в уборке. Наверное это главная проблема всех людей не чистить унитаз, и эта компания создает все условия чтобы облегчить труд помогая нам!

Доставка у них очень быстрая, мне даже показалось что они доставили его самолетом, в Казахстан город Алматы. Цена за доставку у них ниже чем у остальных продавцов Алибаба.
Советую упаковку у них брать в деревянной коробке, это конечно стоит дополнительных денег. Но это оправдывает безопасность и сохранность товара! И еще по просите наклеечку специальную - Осторожно стекло. Все эти условия гарантируют целостность и сохранность. Мой товар пришел без повреждений в город Алматы.
Сам продавец менеджер Алибабы очень отзывчивая, грамотно разговаривает на английском, решает проблемы быстро, отвечает на вопросы во время, умеет пользоваться чатом Алибаба, Wahtsapp и Wechat. Приятная для общения девушка, которая очень хорошо разбирается в своей работе. Even if you provide all of this including your firstborn, Trade assurance will find a way not to reimburse or refund your hard earned money.
