Dealing with Alibaba is been one hell of a rollercoaster ride. Impossible to find a human to talk with let alone file a complaint. You send messages, zero replies. I have been scammed tons of thousand dollars by some of the suppliers here. The scammers get away with it because Alibaba does nothing about it. My confidence level with Alibaba now is almost zero.
