My experience ordering through Alibaba.com has been great. The trade assurance gives small business owner a since of security on there order that you cant always get on sites like ebay.

Alibaba is a good site and with a little work it could be better. The user interface is a little confusing. There is no way that I have found to delete a RFQ once you have made a request for a quote and deleting a conversation is hit or miss. I would also like a way to report abuses to the system, such as being contacted off alibaba through email or whatsapp. I will be using them again.

It is my third experience as a buyer in Alibaba, every time I feel more confident as I always use Trade Assurance Orders.

Go for verified gold suppliers with trade assurance on. Don't expect products that are exceptionally cheap to be quality. But if you're willing to wait, you can get incredible quality things at half the price of retail pretty easily.

I like Alibaba service. Their portals is easy to maneuver and the trade assurance service is excellent and make you feel more secure in the execution of your transactions.

My experience with Alibaba has been outstanding. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the messenger platform is not the easiest to use. You have to play around with it to scroll up and look for old messages. Other than that, the value and ease I've received from Alibaba.com is great
