My experience dealing and buying stuff on alibaba has been lately not more than 2 years, but i am very happy and confident to get the required materials or items i am looking for easily - RFQ feature is my favorite it saves me lot of time and i can compare prices from various suppliers side by side. I ordered the product to Zhengzhou A**ha Machinery Co., Ltd. through Alibaba.com. And they sent me the different item from the one they show on the product description. We claimed to the supplier many times, but they did not give us satisfied answers. And also, I requested to send me the operation and handling manual for that product. But they didn't send me the right one. I raised the dispute request, because I, as the buyer should be protected by Alibaba.com that they described on their website. However, Alibaba.com was totally on the supplier's side. If you would like to use your money for the product that you would like to be satisfy, don't buy anything from Alibaba.com. It is waste of time and money. They do not know what the customer service is.
Best Prices. I only support verified suppliers though. Shipping was fast, product was as described. Agent was friendly and helpful.

My experience with Alibaba has been overwhelmingly positive. Original products manufactured in China are of excellent quality and great value for money. People interaction is very satisfying for the most part. However, some of the supplier contacts struggle with the English language. Time and patience resolves most issues. I only communicated with two suppliers that had very good English. When the communication is good the outcome is usually a win for both parties. Alibaba will grow from strength to strength and will remain my major product supplier.
