I just bought a natural hair from Henan Kiss Hair Fashion Company and this is my review.

First I wanted to say that wigs on this company are so freaking awesome, very natural and real, and don't let me start talking about their price, cuz it's super insanely affordable, and took them only 4 days to arrive. As for the service experience by the Supplier was very good, he (Mr. Eason Sun) was so professional and very understanding, helpful and willing to resolve issues. I will absolutely buy from them again if I needed more wigs (Highly recommended). Go and check their products out, you won't regret it.^-^

This website is as today with more than 2 million daily user, for any commercial trades you are able to source from alibaba. Usually their sales representative are responsive to any questions. I would say they are also easy to communicate with. I would recommend this because of its reliable, fast service and variety of products.

Do not understand 50 Us dollar charge on the administrative on the item which was priced as $95. The total price was still reasonable but feel like taken for a ride.

Sunglor text support was very good during purchase and delivery was faster than I thought would be possible from China to Canada. The LED red light sleeping bag is sturdy design for full body coverage. It feels like it will last a long time. Comes with 2 large power supplies. One for each panel so I'm expecting they will not be overly pushed to their capability. The LED's appear to be very strong. The bag gets quite warm during a 20-minute session. I was expecting that I would need to use a fan for cooling but it is comfortable without a fan in 20 C room temperature.

Alibaba is very helpful tool to us finding the product we want, and would recommend to others. We enjoy finding product.

I purchased a trade assured order that had a supply price and delivery guarantee. I get messaged from the supplier after purchasing that the information isn't correct, apply for a refund. He refused to accept the refund when I put the reason as incorrect supply information as he says he gets fined. He only accepts when I put another reason but says I will recieve the alibaba trading fee back.Over a month later, I am still out the $70 USD fee for an order that had this "trade assurance." So much for customer protection. Been in contact with customer service agents non stop and they always claim they will escalate it to a senior team. Then nothing happens from it.

Sin problemas y muy buen servicio. Deje de pedir a aly expres y probe alibaba.com es lo mismo pero funciona de otra manera, también ahora vigilo mucho a quien envio dinero, en aliexpres me engañaron y con las disputas no me atendieron fue vergonzoso.
