I have fought my way through 3 RFQ's and 2 purchases. Only one purchase has arrived so far. I find the site awkward to use. I should look for a tutorial, as it might be all my fault, however I am not finding it intuitive or logical to use. Maybe it is the left to right and right to left Asian versus English mindsets. I will continue to use and hopefully get comfortable with its use.

I wish zero stars were available. Hopestar is the supplier and the sales representative grossly misrepresented the product purchased. After going to Alibaba's Trade Assurance and several well documented e-mails, videos and written correspondence, I found out that the Trade Assurance program is worthless. Ultimately, I had to go to my USA Credit Card provider to get this resolved. Consumer Fraud is protected in the USA. Do not buy anything of consequence from Alibaba if you live in the USA. Also, Alibaba should "BOOT" companies like Hopestar China off of their platform, as they give all of the other great companies on Alibaba a bad perspective of what it is like to do business here vs. Amazon.

I am not adding photos, or videos as this has become a legal matter now due to the scale of the dollar amount.

I have been able to work with great manufacturers who have been efficient in customizing my products as desired.

I ordered a jacket from Alibaba a few months ago and it still sits in my closet like brand new still in the package. I ordered extra large and received a small with crazy note xl out of stock. Absolutely terrible, now what should I do? Return to China at my expense not fair to me. Plus I waited a month for it to arrive. Buy nothing from this ripoff store.
