I made 3 purchases on June 2.2 purchases made through Alibaba insurance and the last without Alibaba. The last one was shipped by DHL then on June 9th I had delivery. The 2 orders which were to take on average 10 days, a receipt one today and the other is expected on June 23. So not satisfied with the cost and shipping time...

Coming from a new reseller, I've been looking for sites to work with that are easy to understand and wont kill your start-up money. Alibaba is, by far, the easiest site that I have found. They made it nice and simple to upload my business info, get approved and guaranteed me that my payments will be protected. Being new, I don't know all of the scams that are out there yet, Alibaba makes sure that I have the tools to find suppliers that where rated and confirmed a legit company.
My first transaction on the platform has been totally successful. I am just looking forward to dealing with other suppliers

For this price I find better here in europe without import from china and pay dury fee waitng for 2-3 weeks
I was connected to a few suppliers all of whom were very professional and easy to work with. Protect yourself by doing due diligence on the supplier you choose before making a big order. My experience was good.
I have bought many times from Alibaba. They have a wide range of suppliers and products. As with any purchase, do your homework first. Check reviews. Choose verified and gold suppliers for the best experience when you are new. This is not ebay, but they have plenty of safeguards to help you have a good experience. Number one is research, research, research. Check everything before committing to buy. Get samples first to check quality. Then you will have a better experience. I like Alibaba.
I have never used Alibaba before and I have to confess I am impressed. I have identified the best seller of my favorite product, entered in contact with them and after some exchanges decided that they are reliable enough to put a (for me) quite expense order. I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but everything worked out well. The supplier was as in the ratings on Alibaba, very good. I had no issues, so I don't know what would have happened if there would have been any. But I could see clearly the ratings of the suppliers and decide for the ones I chose. That was very helpful.
Will use again and recommend to anyone!
Please don't use Alibaba if you don't want to loose money as I did. There tra assurance is BS and they do nothing to help and good luck trying to get a hold of someone. I am currently out over $18,000 with this transaction.

DO YOUR RESEARCH, READ BETWEEN THE LINES AND AVOID BUYING ON ALIBABA. I HAVE RECEIVED A BOX OF GOODS WHICH WERE SENT IN EXTREMELY POOR PACKAGING AND AS RESULT GOT TO THE DESTINATION ALL DAMAGED. SELLER DID NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY AND ALIBABA DID NOT ACCEPT MY COMPLAINT FOR REFUND.

Just one thing: please tell Sellers to update daily the price to real price because the real price when ask about it find it arrive to 500 % of the announced price, this is honest matter
It is a very convenient and user-friendly e-commerce platform for business people. Most importantly, Alibaba trade assurance protect the buyer during transection. We always get scared while we think about payment. We do not know who I am paying to, am I going to lose money? But, when I deal through Alibaba, it is peace in mind.
Your service is wonderful in many aspects, but my suggestion is the the language barrier needs to be improved especially for some providers that are not careful enough on the way the clearity of their pieces technical information texts or manuals are brought to the customers. Besides; for some pieces as beauty instruments which have very technical and even risky effects if missused, especially those with HIFU technology, would be really helpful for potencial customers if they have acccess to tutorials or at least manuals with a much more clear and practical information about the devise performance, general details, and technical concepts.
I had a great experience. Fast shipping and amazing product. Looking forward to shopping again. It was very easy to find what I was looking for.
