Been doing business on Alibaba for a year. The website itself is excellent and systems like Trade Assurance gives peace of mind. The only minor complaint I would have is to be stricter in allowing suppliers to use Alibaba. Although I haven't encountered any bad suppliers so far since I do my due diligence. There are still some shady people on Alibaba here and there. I love that you can use iDeal, a big plus for me. Overall I would recommend Alibaba as a great website to do business to people that know what they are doing.
This is a great website to find very cheap prices on all kinds of products. It's like Amazon but cheaper. However unlike Amazon, shipping can take forever. They use really cheap parcel shipping which can take several weeks to arrive. If you are in no rush to receive the items and just want it cheap, AliExpress is a great option. Watch out for fake products though, if it's too good to be true, it is.
Alibaba has made it possible for me to have trust that I can transact business across the world. I have trust for all suppliers with Trade assurance and customer reviews. I am looking forward to my next shipment.
