The site is good in regards to finding suppliers. However, the charges for oversees and the products are outrages. Some times you can find the same items in other sites as Wish way shipper and same quality. I hope Alibaba take protecting buyers to a further steps and research the market.

For a small company, there is nothing that compares to Alibaba. Over the past 6 years, I have used Alibaba for several of our products. You cannot beat the price and service. You are able to post an RFQ and receive multiple quotes. You can check the history of the manufacturers to see their reliability etc. I have been very satisfied with every manufacturer that I have used with the exception of 1. With them, I filed a complaint with Alibaba and the issue was resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
Our experience so far has been great. Not all manufacturers are at the same level of professionalism and experience yet there are many to find on alibaba.com. We found a great one and from the beginning they have been professional, communicative, patient, dedicated, and kind. I highly recommend this manufacturer, they are amazing creators~!

Many times the web does not load. You can't read messages on the phone apps. What a joke. Suppliers easily post misleading information to attract customers. Waste of time. Whatever is being advertised is not as what being quoted (minus the shipment).
