I have the case with GANGZHOU LEISOUND ELECTRONIC CO.LTD and there judgment wasn't fair at all. The lady Anny Feng charged me for 200 items [ big speakers] and sahe cant load more than 170 speakers she steal my $1264 that's was my change and Alibaba support her. She didn't but in the boxes made in china and Alibaba said that's mas my mistakes. She used the other peoples Bluetooth technology with out any promotion and Alibaba said that's my responsibly. The costumes take all my container and ali baba don't care. They have really bad and racist judgment when deal come to big money... a lots of very nice and honest supplier but not all of them... but ali baba as judge when you come to deal with problem its really bad and not fair at all.
I always find what I want and a good price, Since Alibaba is connected, it is like a one-stop-shop. I will always shop with Alibabe.
The customer service is pretty ok. The communication was very good and and the Bizhub C280 drum I ordered was very smooth with the online associate. My order was delivered in 9 days to Nigeria without any issues.

Bought a battery charger from Alibaba express and the seller shipped a wrong part, European connection type which is useless in North America. And when I complained, either send me the correct part or refund me, Alibaba Express team decided that I don't get any refund due to not having enough information. Not sure how difficult it is to understand the difference between European Vs. North American outlet. Hello, THEY ARE NOT COMPATABLE. So the question is; are they fraud or just simply don't understand English?
Prety often not possible to attach or send any file or graphics. You are obliged to use any other way to send those (emails, whats'up, etc.). Very often you have to refresh in order to see the new messages. Many times I missed messages because not being aware of receiving them. Very annoying.
The ring boxes I ordered are beautiful and the quality is very good. The communication was very good and the order was very smooth with the online associate. My order was delivered in 2 weeks to Los Angeles without any issues.

Great delivery, ordered 14th October and arrived 29th October. The replacement display was great and packaged safely for transit. The unit was installed and is working perfectly during 2 days running and testing.

This website it great and many of the suppliers on this website are trustworthy and reliable. I have not had any problems with any of the suppliers i have ordered from. Its also comforting to know that Alibaba will help with reimbursment when necessary
