Unless, problems with online payment (have to contact my bank to authorize a payement by credit card, because there's no 3D secure payement like in Europe) but once the transaction is completed, the selected suppliers send you your order or make it manufactured, to be sent as quick as possible, the transaction is guaranteed by alibaba until you receive the product. Really good experience.

I started using Alibaba.com like everyone else, SCARED! Scared of being ripped off buying from another country but they eased all my fears even returning money with orders I needed to return. In my case the supplier David Li was very helpful during my order which made everything easy for me.

It was very easy to deal with this supplier, good and fast communication. The quality of the product is very good. I had a small problem, but it was my fault. It says on the description that the keychain is 4x1,5cm, but after speaking with several suppliers I did not realize and trust the picture, where it appears bigger. As I said, totally my fault, but the image for the product should be different.

Alibaba has a vast number of great suppliers. The messaging system needs a little work, but overall is okay to communicate with suppliers. I have not had to have Alibaba to step in and resolve an issue (yet) so I cannot speak to that feature or how they perform. To me, Alibaba is trusted more than GlobalSources BY FAR!
