My first time using Alibaba I must admit I was little on edge and not sure if I should take a risk if getting scammed, but if you just stay within the guidelines you wi be great now my first vender I used had couple of small things to work on but the material itself was great

This is a really helpful company to deal with. They went out of their way, whilst at a conference, to organise my order which came on time and was perfectly fulfilled. Very high quality product too, I'm very happy with their product and service.

We have done many orders now and most have been very good, but when there is a problem they are NO HELP at all not even to get something done to cover the loses.

Great service, very uncomplicated purchase process and fast shipping, highly recommended. Will be shopping at David again.

I still have unsettled dispute (3800 US$) which Alibaba did not respond so far. I got a product that is not what I ordered, I still have it, it is useless to me, I want to send it back, and nobody is listening to me. This is keeping me back of ordering with new sellers. This is very unfortunate...
