Months ago I ordered some jerseys. Got them super fast, but they were not the right sizes. Sent email. Asking for right ones, got that shipment right away, still wrong size. Been waiting for weeks and weeks. Still no jersey. This is extremely frustrating and no response to email. Tracking number shows they still haven't moved in 3 weeks from China.

This is not the first time I have collaborated with Alibaba. I have been notified at all stages from the order date to the delivery date. Not all sellers are kind, but I guess they will be. So far, I'm satisfied.
Website is easy to navigate. I have another order under investigation because of the supplier not responding. Hopefully it will be resolved quickly. If it wasn't for this dispute, I would have given a 5 star.

I had a problem with one sample and with the insurance I got my refund without any problems. I also requested other sample from another company and receive it on time with no problems at all, so far good service.
The message tool can be improve as there is a lot of problems to attach documents like excel files, sometimes message does not seem to be sent when they were sent. I think there are some bugs in the system.
