I am happy with the supplier and the handling of the order and the professional processing of the order and of following and tracing the goods.
First of all this product doesn't look to be a new product coming straight from the manufactory. It has signs of a used product with lot of lines like someone used the razor on the product. Second the product came damaged this show a poor quality of packing, the product is packed in the way to prevent it from breaking. Third the top glasses doesn't snap in the base easily you have to press it hard with a chance to break it which also make hard to remove it from the base.
When buying I had doubts but the seller was always attentive, sincere and friendly.
I bought the product and everything was perfect. The product in good condition, 100% sure to buy and delivered on time.
We must make sure that the seller has a certificate, years old and a commercial guarantee since that will make your purchase safe.

You can find great stuff but when you have a problem with supplier alibaba will do nothing and will protect bad suppliers!
I have purchased mask machine for ******* USD which was assembled very badly. Many parts was missing. Alibaba proposed 300 USD compensation! I even couldn't write a review about the seller.
When you puchase something you have 30 days to write a review. I made complaint about mask machine befored this deadline but after dispute 30 days was exceeded. So alibaba told me that I can't write a review. Of course during dispute writing review is blocked!

I think it is a good direct platform with the producer that also sometimes fits the type of business like mine where it does not require exuberant quantities but I have found help and professionalism, high quality products like I said is floweer arrangementes business and in which quality is a key factor.
