Purchased a package from them that never arrived. After several emails back and forth it boils down to i paid for item and they sent an item. Through my repeated attempts they would not check with canada post to see that package was not addressed to me, as receiver of item i cannot file a claim with canada post only the seller can do so and they wouldn't lift a finger to help. So i give them one

There was a delay in delivery due to the Covid-19 pandemic affecting all delivery services. This is totally out of the control of the supplier who sent the goods as ordered. They arrived and I am happy to give the 5 star feed back rating.

I ordered a couple of the lightweight Multi Purpose Camouflage Mesh
Tactical Military Wraps, and am very pleased with them. Excellent
Protection from the sun during summer time, yet they are breathable
Material, but also provide adequate insulation in winter. I bought two so
I could double up during winter since I most normally only wear a vest
And was looking for a neck and upper chest covering. These work
Perfectly for that.

Expedited shipping says 3-8 days world wide. They don't make it clear that it takes a week to get to the shipping company! Paid the extra $25 planning to get in 3-8 days. Bow being told that it will be 11-16 days! Don't plan on getting anything very fast!

My post office lost the order customer service helps find it even they have resent the order free of charge and send it like a gift from the store! Best impressions and my best wishes for the Alex store!

I bought some glue from Alexnld, but I felt sceptical about it arriving in Australia. I contacted the supplier and they said they had no doubts. The product arrived just like they promised. I found the product in perfect condition just like they promised I would. It's a brilliant service, and you get what you pay for!

I am very happy with their quick response to my emails. They sent me a replacement when my parcel went missing during Coronavirus lockdown. Two finally showed up to which they said to keep both. I would trade with them again.

I spent 25 dollars for a pink basket that was so small it fit in my mailbox. Looked like something from the dollar store. And only one ugly flower that didn't even match!

Unfortunately the product I ordered never arrived (a regular problem with postage to Dubai!) but AlexNLD was very quick with their replies and issued me a refund immediately. Would order from again.

Don't purchase anything from this alexnld.com site! They are showing nice product pictures but will send you a crappy one, then you're the one paying to ship it back to them!

My first order never arrived. (Not their fault) They promptly sent another with a tracking number. Price and communication with them was excellent. You can buy with confidence

AVOID! This was possibly the worst experience EVER! Waited over a month to just keep getting delayed emails pushing this back 2 weeks even when I paid expedited shipping. They are a complete rip off!
