I ordered a part on 4/12 and they said it would ship in a few days. We are now at 76 days and haven't received the product or a refund.
Delivery was delayed, due to Covid restrictions. But, the product came (actually, within 7 to 20 days!) and is excellent. Happy customer!

Originally there was a dispute in regards to payment through PayPal. PayPal pre-charges you to ensure the money is in the account then refunds it back then charges you when item ships (dumb, I know) so due to covid it took about another week for me to actually see that preauthorized amount come back into my account (making it appear I had been charged twice). When I asked the seller about it they explained that to me but I figured there was a mix up since it appeared I was charged twice And several days had gone by without seeing the extra charge refunded. I opened a dispute resolution with PayPal and "apparently" that caused PayPal to hold my payment to the seller. This caused the seller to lash out at me and accuse me of cancelling my payment (which I did not) and the seller threatened to take legal action against me... in a customers point of view, my bank account appeared to be charged twice. About a week and a half later I finally got that preauthorized amount back into my bank account. I have adjusted this review to reflect the changes that happened from the original review to be fair to the seller. However I am still not happy with how the seller accused me of cancelling the payment and threatening legal action because I placed a review they didn't like. The customer service for my particular transaction was handled very poorly and therefore I am unable to provide any additional stars. On a positive note... I received the item and it was as described and I am satisfied with the item itself. Others seem to have good reviews about this company so this could very well have been a one off, poorly handled transaction that was mishandled on both ends.
