Do not waste your time or money. I ordered and never received. They kept telling me for 2 months that it was on the way. I disputed the charge and will never order from them again.
My first ordered item proved defective but Alexnld immediately shipped a replacement and was good at promptly communicating with me and answering my queries.
AlexNLD is promoting them selves with "Free shipping Worldwide"!
When order and payment is proseded thay do not send tehe products.
When I look for the order on my account on the Alexnld.com two weeks later I find a tiny appology and the message that I have to pay another US$ 12,- for the shipment which is 50% extra for the product.
Not acceptable - illegal marketing - pooor customer serice - no more shopping from Alexnld.
This company never delivered my goods and it took me ages to get them to pay me my money back. They were abusive when I tried many times to claim my money. They even went as far as to insinuate I was a scammer. To this day they have never apologised for any of their wrong doings. They even ask me to review the product I never got. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Only make excuses for poor service. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
VERY BAD TREAD experience. Never recommend to anyone. I bought a "FLIP MAGNETIC CASE FOR GALAXY NOTE9, WITH HOLDER & CARD SLOTS & WALLET (RED)'' and received a item that is different from the picture, and I wrote a email back to them, and the Sales Manager who call Ms. Vikey says they ship the wright item and cancel my membership that is VERY Annoying. I ask a refund, but Ms. Vikey says NO. Waste my money. They are just a fraud group.

The item that I purchased took a bit longer than expected to arrive. My emails to AlexNLD were answered promptly. When the item arrived I was happy with it.
There was a delay in expediting the shipment of the Lenovo Tablet, but an email to the sales department and Grace followed through with a prompt response and then the Tablet was on its way to Australia in a matter of days and arrived earlier than the anticipated date, even in these challenging times.
Thank you for your understanding when I told you the item was broken during mailing and you sent another one quickly (only the mailing is long, but it's not on you!).

I bought a new Touchscreen for my phone, it took like 35 days but it came with a nice packaging and a awesome repair kit i could use straight away, it even came with a little guide. :)
My order did not arrive after two months, they reshipped by air for free. Item arrived as ordered. Original order arrived after the second shipment. They did not charge me for the extra.
