I purchased a screen for my Samsung phone. The product was good, showed up in good condition, with all necessary parts. I tested it as per their recommendations and found it to be working well. I installed it and it worked fine for almost 6 months. After which a few pixels died and a large line showed up on the display. I contacted customer support and they told me the installation was incorrect. This is obviously not possible since it worked fine and only became defective over time. Since then they have ignored all my emails and no longer reply to me.
Their website clearly states 1 year warranty. They are not honoring this.
Don't expect any support from them and if the product breaks, you're out of money.

Selling a product in the US with no English translation. Tried contacting them but it has been months. We have emailed them again with no response. I have attached the conversation with them. I understand that they are an international company but if there's a product that is totally in a different language with an app that can only run with a different's country's phone number, I believe that these details should be emphasized.

I have a square light fixture and was looking for a square lightbulb and found it here. The order arrived in good time and the bulb is indeed square and looks interesting with my square light fixture. Just make sure that it is the right lumens and the right wattage for the purpose of your light. LED lights come in a variety of powers. Keep in mind 2700 K is the standard soft white incandescent light we are all used to. Anything brighter than that number is too bright and too blue/white.

I ordered a spare to be delivered in Europe.
After 50 days I sent a "where my stuff" email and I got info it was not shipped, offering me to expedite it along with a new delivery of the same item (that is now listed at $7 higher than I originally paid).
After 2 days more I got another notice that my original order had been refunded, because they can't ensure the next shipment.
Yeah, I got my money back... I also wasted time when I could have ordered the item for US delivery, and have it ready for my next flight to Europe...
In a nutshell and whatever the reason is, ALEXNLD has not been serious with me and I won't even consider it in future.

I received another item thank the one i ordered, i mailed the customer service and they sent me the correct item without returning the wrong one. So i kept both

I ordered parts for my RC after 2 weeks I I contacted them to see where the parts were. They wrote back and said they did not have the parts I ordered and they canceled the order. Absolutely no attempt to contact me. Do not order from this site they do not care about customer service

I'm so happy that I received the cover even tho I got late because of the carrier delayed but I'm happy they they left the mail box. The other I was so happy the cover matched my iPhone 8 I was worrying if dint matched the size of my I phone 8. I ordered a camera chest strap/harness online from alexnld.com for $18.99. They processed my order (withdrew $18.99 from my Pay Pal account), but then sent me the following note: Unfortunately we did ran out of stock on this item, we have re-stocked this for you, but the price has changed, it is $25.99 now. Therefore We have cancelled and full refunded your order. If you still want the product at new price, feel free to re-order it. I dont care if they re-stocked the item. The price on the website is the price they should honor. These people are crooks.

I purchased three 12W LANDSCAPE RING LED STAINLESS STEEL UNDERWATER FOUNTAIN LIGHTS from AlexNLD.com in March 2021. These pool lights were unavailable in Australia. I had never bought anything from overseas before, their Head Office is in Israel and I considered it a gamble. A few other websites also sold these lights but AlexNLD.com's excellent Product description, photos & measurements were outstanding and so I was certain they would fit.
They arrived within their estimated delivery time and an online query was answered quickly.
Well packed, air freight and courier delivery to my door.

I was in need of an item for crafting I couldn't find on anywhere, but finally found on alexnld.com. It was a great price which made me worried about quality, especially since I had never heard of alexnld.com. But I just received it, very sturdy! I had a small issue with tracking not showing up even though I got an email saying I could track the item; the customer service rep responded super quick to my inquiry. Also, considering it was shipping from overseas to USA, it was super fast shipping (which was FREE! BTW!) given not only the pandemic, but the USA postal issues putting strain on shipping firms.

So I've been going back and forth with them for over a month now. FedEx lost my package in transit. I've been speaking to Leia. From Alexnld customer service and she has not helped me one bit. Keeps trying to get me to contact fedex and have them hold the package at their location. Theres no way this can be possible if the package is lost in transit. They keep refusing to give me my money back because they dont believe fedex lost the package. Even though I had over 10 people from fedex customer support contact me over and over again. Telling me the package has been lost in transit. Dont buy from this company. All they want to do is take your money and run. They wont give you a refund.

Do NOT buy anything from Alexnld.com... the two identical products they sold me where deficient and do not work correctly. The items are fuel tank level senders, they are supposed to have an output reading of approx. 240 ohms at low tank level and an output reading of approx. 33 ohms at full tank level... these senders have been manufactured incorrectly and give readings exactly opposite to what they are supposed to, the result is they will show a full tank of gas when the tank is actually empty and an empty tank when the fuel tank is full. I have asked Alexnld.com for their help with this matter and have received no response. Totally unacceptable service.

I ordered a phone of off them because it was a bit cheaper than on any sites in my country. After ordering and paying via card I started being paranoid and looking for reviews of this site only to find that half of the reviews on most of the review sites say that this is a scam site.
I proceeded to panic and started trying to cancel my order. It seems i was a couple of hours late with my cancellation email because they had already sent my phone.
After this i was told that my package will arrive in 7 to 35 working days.
After 3 nail biting weeks the package arrived and everything is in perfect order.
I don't know if i was just lucky or something but this doesn't seem like a scam site to me.

A month after ordering two pet beds for an excellent price with free airmail, the order finally appeared. Apparently, US Customs works on an "expeditious" schedule not so different than that of the TSA. Be advised that order delivery time might be shorter if delivery were expedited by donkey cart... point of origin was China. Need I say more?
Just be aware that "free airmail" is offset by a lengthy shipping time. The All-in-one-tracking system updates tracking info roughly once a week. With about 50% of the info in non English script.
The product itself is about the same quality I'd expect to find in a large, high volume, chain store.
Cute and comfy for a Yorkie. This item is meant for small dogs and/ or cats. Be aware that the long shark's body shown in website pic isn't accurate. Mine arrived as a round igloo-shape, replete with shark fins on top and sides. Soft felt jaws open wide It's cute and cushy, so no issues with the product

The shipping from China came in 5 or so days! Pretty good! We bought a drone however when we took it for it's first flight it malfunctioned and started smoking. We then went back to the company via email and tolled them what was wrong. Eventually after showing them photos and video's they offered a $30 USD refund (the drone was $175). This forced us to get paypal involved which soon fixed the problem. Alexnld got us to send back the drone. About 3 weeks later they payed us the full $175 USD.
Overall I would say don't by electronics on this store or things that can break easily.
