I ordered a bunch of motorcycle parts, and they took over a month and a half to show up, even though I paid for expedited shipping. I also had to remind the company to ship the items because for a week, my tracking number said "shipping label received". Once I finally received the items, most were smashed up and dented, or not functional. I only ended up using ONE of the 7 parts I ordered, the side view mirrors - which aren't the best quality but they will make do until I get new ones. Just poor quality all together. Horrible packaging. The headlight I ordered was in a flimsy, ripped box with no bubble wrap whatsoever. Ridiculous company.

A month after ordering two pet beds for an excellent price with free airmail, the order finally appeared. Apparently, US Customs works on an "expeditious" schedule not so different than that of the TSA. Be advised that order delivery time might be shorter if delivery were expedited by donkey cart... point of origin was China. Need I say more?
Just be aware that "free airmail" is offset by a lengthy shipping time. The All-in-one-tracking system updates tracking info roughly once a week. With about 50% of the info in non English script.
The product itself is about the same quality I'd expect to find in a large, high volume, chain store.
Cute and comfy for a Yorkie. This item is meant for small dogs and/ or cats. Be aware that the long shark's body shown in website pic isn't accurate. Mine arrived as a round igloo-shape, replete with shark fins on top and sides. Soft felt jaws open wide It's cute and cushy, so no issues with the product

The shipping from China came in 5 or so days! Pretty good! We bought a drone however when we took it for it's first flight it malfunctioned and started smoking. We then went back to the company via email and tolled them what was wrong. Eventually after showing them photos and video's they offered a $30 USD refund (the drone was $175). This forced us to get paypal involved which soon fixed the problem. Alexnld got us to send back the drone. About 3 weeks later they payed us the full $175 USD.
Overall I would say don't by electronics on this store or things that can break easily.

I placed an order on 12/26/17. Due to delays in customs I didn't receive my order until 2/10. I reached out to the seller who assured me they would look into the order to confirm it was still on it's way and offered to provide a full refund if that was what I preferred. The item I ordered was coming from Hong Kong and the date on the package was 12/26 - so the order was processed the same day. So the delay was out of their control. I would definitely buy from this seller again but adjust my expectations of how long delivery might take.

I made a horrible mistake and I want fix what I said!
I was extremely dumb and ordered the wrong products with them and then did not say good things about the service here and that is not fair. My order got here pretty quick but then it wasn't what I needed (my fault) I'd give 5 stars for the delivery and 4 stars for communication because it lead me to be worried and read other reviews for not responding to my email. Last but not least, I'd give ZERO star for myself for jumping into conclusion and saying mean things here. I'm sorry for my mistake and for those who are considering buy from them, DO IT! Don't be as dumb as I was. Just order the right thing and you'll be good!

I had ordered three pendant lights with metal shades. When they arrived, one of them was damaged. I sent an email letting them know how they had arrived and that one of them had sustained quite a bit of damage during the shipping process. I also sent them pictures showing the damage. They asked for just a few more items for me to take pictures of and send them... which I did. They said they would send me a replacement using the same method of shipping (which was expedited). I had also asked them to ensure the packaging was sufficient so no damage would occur. They did as I asked and I received my replacement yesterday in perfect condition. They were very easy to communicate with and their customer service was very prompt. They took care of the damaged item expeditiously. I will definitely use them again.

I bought a webcam from this company in March. I had an email confirmation that it had been shipped in April. I never got the product! It has been over 4 months. I ordered the same camera from Logitech and it took under a month. I have had no response from Alexnld. I keep asking for a refund and writing bad reviews so no one makes the same mistake I made. Below is the last response I had which said it would arrive in 1 month in May (this is after they said it was shipped in the beginning of April. I know there is a pandemic on so I was making allowances. But this is ridiculous and bad business practice to not respond back or provide a refund.

I am one who will ALWAYS work with customer service to solve a concern, however 8 months and I still have not received the part. I was told after the first 4 months it would only be 3 weeks. 4 months later no contact. Rude customer service. I paid to have the parts delivered 3 day. (was more than some of what I ordered) and it's crazy to think this hasn't been offered to be refunded to me. It asks for a photo below. But I can't take a picture of something I don't have.
Buyer beware DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I hardly ever write poor reviews, I prefer to praise not criticize but the customer service at Alexnld is terrible. Was sent the wrong product and I sent them several emails to ask to correct and they did not read the situation and would reply with nonsense. I would expect this one time but I wrote another email with more details and photos and again a ridiculous reply. Apparently, they do not care about the way they do business or the way they treat their customers. I will never buy or recommend.
