Terrible costumer service
Waited more then 2 weeks for a backpack to be shipped but it stayed in processing
When i inquired about the statue of my order they cancelled my order without any warning
That order was supposed to be a birthday gift, so time sensitive so i asked more info about their usual handling time to know if i had time to order something else
Instead i got 0 answers. Complet radio silence
