Who is making the business decisions at Alex and Alexa. Happily sell to U.K. Customers but any issues and you have to return to Sweden at your own expense. Children Salon / Mythersea far better
I ordered first time from this company and have to say I'm pretty impressed with customer service. Pair of Trainers I ordered were faulty but they were quickly exchanged within couple of days with no hassle at all. The second pair though is not good quality. My kid destroyed the front after 3 weeks in nursery. Would have expected much better quality for the money I paid.
Service and shipping are a disaster you have to read all fine print before shopping there and even so it said y to 10 business days it took 3 weeks it was after my holiday after I needed it they said it's still only 6 business days bec bla bla bla… terrible service arrived all crunched! If you have a choice DONT shop there!
I have ordered over $200.00 on my first order for my girls. It has now been 55 days and still have not received my package because it was shipped from China. This company refuses to refund my money. Do not do business with these scam artists.
There are numerous REAL reviews and complaints about this company on the Better Business Bureau website. The issues range from poor quality products, late shipping by as much as 2 months, to never receiving their purchases. I too have been victimized by Alex + Nova. Hopefully it will be resolved by PayPal. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Ordering from this site for a year now, the prices are great, the delivery is cheap and quick (only 3 days to Israel), and the customer service is amazing- helping me with some custom issues.
Have no idea why the rating is so low, I anyway definitely recommend this site.

Have bought online from Alex and Alexa several times and have always been delighted with my purchases for my son. Only complaint is delivery can be a little slow!
I've purchased a few things from here now and found it to be really great. Shipping all the way to Australia, no problem arrives quicker than some Austrailian stores ( not difficult) quality always amazing so I'm really surprised at the negative reviews. That said I've never had to return anything so that could be where the issues lie? Wouid shoo here again and again so far
As many people state here: i wish i read the reviews before placing the order. We ordered bathing suits to go on vacation over 10 days ago and nothing has arrived. Called them a few days after placing an order and was assured that my parcel will be delivered before i leave, even tho with a slight delay. Now, we are leaving tomorrow and customer service is telling me that nothing has been shipped so far. Obviously the order has been canceled, not sure how long it will take the refund to hit my account (if ever, based on the reviews here). The bottom line: going to the beach without bathing suits is unacceptable. Very very disappointed!
Love Alex & Alexa! Quality is great, and price point is perfect. I have never had a Problem with returns or refunds.
Ordered my stuff on Thursday night and it got delivered Monday afternoon. Everything fit perfectly, will def be ordering again..

I ordered clothes for my son's birthday. Card was promptly charged, delivery date cam and went, spoke to CS and told that order had not been received!
They requested proof payment had been made, duly sent my credit card statement showing this.
Still no clothes, still no acceptance payment was made, next step calling credit card company to refund charge as in breach of their merchant service account terms and conditions.
My advice to Alex and Alexa customers is to make sure what you ordered. I ordered a pair of boots that were about 60 dollars in a size 25EU and I remembered seeing similar boots but they were on sale for about 48 dollars but I didn't order those because they were a size 24EU and my daughter is growing out of that size so I ended up purchasing the more expensive shoes with the bigger size. But when I received the boots (they took forever to arrive by the way) they were the boots that were on sale and the smaller size and when I went on the website to confirm that they were not the same boots, conveniently so the boots I had purchased were no longer on the website. Therefore, I don't have any boots to exchange with and the boots they gave me don't have a size past 24EU. And consequently, I lost about 65 dollars. And they never sent me the official receipt so I have no proof. So please customers if you do buy products from this website keep your own receipts.

Try answering customers emails about their refunds. No company makes customers wait for their own money in his manner
I needed assistance with my order, so I had to contact customer service (mistake). We had to go back and forth for a few times to get my point across. In the end, I never managed to get my order dispatched. Throughout this painful process, I realised that the same company sell the same items with a significant difference in price depending on the market. So if you wish to send anything overseas apart from the extra shipping cost, you are looking at paying 1/3 over the price which I found to be a bit scammy.
I recently bought a pair of shoes for my son and it was a size too big so I sent it back immediately to A&A. But then A&A said the box was 'damaged' and I could not return it. When it left my care, it was in perfect condition or the delivery guy wouldn't have taken it from me. I wrote in to A&A and all I got was 'it's your fault' in their reply. I asked to speak to a manager and got stone walled instead. I wish I could post the email thread online. How extremely disappointing. Other websites I've used have never been like this. I'll never shop on Alex and Alexa again and be sure to let everyone know the same.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Have been trying to return a few items from my order since April. They screwed up my return *3 times* and then refused to issue me a refund, even after I spoke to a manager. I spent *months* dealing with the post office and emailing/calling customer service. I have never had a similar issue with any other clothing retailer, domestic or international. The merchandise is cute, but fortunately it can be ordered from other sites. Whatever you do, do not order from Alex and Alexa unless you want hours of frustration!
