As far as I know, my order has not even shipped. If it has, tracking hasn't been updated. It's been a week and I was told orders were being processed last week.

Your order was placed 8/17. Your item was packaged on 8/20 Friday. The day you emailed us about it. It was picked up on 8/20. You ordered this wholesale. Your order was placed 11/16 at 8:11 pm with a 10 business day turnaround and I place reorders on Mondays so it hasn't even been 10 business days yet. I also posted an update on the post you ordered on in the facebook group today at 8:46 am.
