The installation was a lot quicker than the expected date, very pleased with that. The price was very affordable. We love it!
It took 2 months to get the building installed. I was told three different dates, and on the first two, the appt was cancelled. On the third, I told them if they didn't show up, I was going to cancel. It was finally installed. I was told it would take two days. They stayed and finished it in one day but left three roof leaks so I couldn't use half of my building. When I called it in, it took the installer a week to get back in touch with me. They gave me a date of sometime after May 19th. No date given, just sometime after the 19th. Then I was finally contacted and told June 5th. About five days before I was left a voicemail and told it had been moved to the 12th. On the 11th at about 5:30PM as I was about to walk out the door for a family gathering, I was called by the installing person, and told he was in the area and would have to do it then or re-schedule as he wouldn't be in the area on the scheduled day of the 12th. He told me he'd be at my house in 30 minutes. An hour later he showed up. It took about 15 minutes to fix the incorrectly installed screws and put in one that was just missing altogether but a hole was left. I will never do business with Alan's again. This poor experience also cost them three $20k plus buildings as friends have asked me about my experience. I was very disappointed as Alan's didn't really seem to care their installer had zero interest in fulfilling their obligations.
They were here around 7:30 am and immediately got to work. They were thru around 9. I am very pleased with the outcome.
Crew were very efficient. They all had a certain job to do. These guys were all hard workers. They put a 20 x20 carport up from scratch in less than two hours.
The crew did an excellent job constructing the carport and were very professional. They did a nice job cleaning up after themselves as well. There was only one issue with the overall project. The height of the carport was supposed to be fourteen feet. I told the installers the dimensions but they still made it sixteen feet tall.
The order was easy to make, they gave me plenty of time get ready for the job. The installers did all that I asked and did an exceptional job. Would highly recommend
From the beginning, with their website and easy-ness of seeing what you're ordering in actual 3D, choosing and changing colors, heights or whatever. Pricing was very good, and delivery time was good as well. The quality was awesome, and the finish product looks better then I imagined. Would not hesitate to order from them again.

You may order +2 ft of leg length to take up for any variance in veridical differnce, but know that it invalidates EVERY guarantee in the contract.
Don't get me wrong... good product, good install, but even if you are willing to pay $400 more for extra leg length onsite, they will invalidate EVERY SINGLE WARRANTY you were told you had... Which IMO is BS from a material/functional standpoint... but they just can't fix it...
But bet they won't put this on Google so the rest of y'all can see the real answer...

Not very satisfied with communications from Carolina Carports as I was told my slab needed to be 20'8"x40'8" they didn't tell me that from 29x40 the cement needed to be tapered or stepped down. Also when installed no one suggested that there was an optional seal to go below beams, so I now have a garage that holds water. Very disappointed in quality of communications.
I had a very good experience in ordering my carport. I received much help during the ordering process but I have not received until now, over a month later, any notification to let me know what is the status of my order. I am glad they are contacting me now.
Everything was fine right up to the build date! Then they couldn't get the long trailer on my property on Mundell Road in Eureka Springs Arkansas *******.
And Cassidy in Eureka Springs cannot give me a build date due to crew size!
Alan's was exceptionally easy to work with. Their design web site let me put what I wanted together and showed me the exact cost as I designed it. Staff answered questions when I called. Now I await contact from Carolina Structures for an install date. Their crew has already visited my site and confirmed it is ready for the install. I'm just waiting for spring and good weather to have it put up.
The time frame was great. The crew did an excellent job. Second structure I have purchased from Alan's Factory Outlet. Would never purchase anywhere else. You won't go wrong with a great price and a great job.
I waited until the concrete was poured before I ordered my shed. I expected to wait up to two months but they were out here in two weeks. Shed is up, done, and full of stuff. Great job.

Crew was very professional, polite and hard working. About 3 1/2 hours start to finish. 24 x 30 with 7 ft legs and gables. Highly recommended.
The building is great. The crew that did the install was not the best. But I am a fussy guy. And the issues i had Alan's took care of. I would recommend them for sure.
