Took over 90 days to deliver, no show on earlier delivery as promised. Seller did take 10% off of total price though for late delivery. I had to bring it to their attention though. Building is same quality as all the others out there. Tip, save your emails dealing with this seller for future reference until building is erected and deal is done.

I have been on the site for several weeks deciding whether or not to spend the money on this. My sister got a carport for her RV 2 years ago. The price was good, it came on time and is a quality product well installed.
Now a few months later I am totally in love with my garage. Especially backing the cars out and building stuff in there

Hey guys, this was way too easy. The installers were very polite and courteous. They knew exactly what they were doing. Each one had his part to do and they were very fast with no messing around. Only took them about 1 hour and 15 min. My carport/shed was 18 x 21 with both sides and 7 feet high. The only thing I did not like was the long wait to get it. About 8-weeks because of the July 4 week they were on vacation.

Very user friendly web site and ordering process. I'm very happy with my carport. Delivery was delayed twice, though. I was told they had vehicle problems. Once the delivery arrived it only took them 4 hours to set it up with a good cleanup when they finished.

Ordering online is easy. No questions very straight forward. 3 person delivery and set up team. They knew exactly how to setup and install the car port. Took 70 minutes from their arrival to the time they were pulling away, very professional everything was cleaned up when they left, you would never have known they were here.

My patience was wearing thin waiting for this to arrive, but when it did I was thrilled with the quality of the carport. It is strong and well designed and Daniel Perez and his crew were friendly and professional. They had it up in less than 2 hours after they arrived. A great buy if you're not in a hurry.

The product is very good and the guys were nice and hard-working. There was one small issue they resolved without my input, which i definitely would have done differently. Better communication with the customer is needed, especially when there is a decision to be made that cannot be corrected afterwards.

Alan is a perfect gentleman and works extremely hard in his business and it shows. This man went above and beyond as I needed a couple of extra things to make my pergolas just right. The pergolas were of excellent quality and were delivered write to my front door by UPS. I would highly recommend that you purchase from Alan. They just don't make em like him anymore!

So far so good lets see the end results. The end result was fantastic. I'm really pleased with the carport. Its getting cold in upstate N.Y. For any improvements but in the spring I,ll be putting in a run of crush base. Everything I was told was done and the installation crew was on time and very polite. They cleaned up and did some little thing that I didn't for the prep. Nice job Victor

Selection and ordering was easy. I initially had some concerns and your staff quickly resolved my issues. My carport was delivered within 3-4 weeks. Installers were prompt, professional and quickly built the carport ensuring it's stability. I am very pleased with the carport and have been recommending you to all how will listen. P.S. Ordering was easy. Felt the carport could have been delivered faster. Delivery was pushed by one day because of rain. Installers had to work in mud but still where able to set up the carport very fast.

My carport arrived 2 months after order. A 3 man crew immediately unload from trailer and begin assembly in driveway. A well orchestrated team completed the task in 2 hours. I watched in awe. All my anticipated problems vanished. Fine sturdy looking carport. Very satisfied after long wait.

Very easy website. Great prices. Just wish skylights were an option. Building looks great. Workers were very professional. Only issue was they forgot some windows, but had job finished early next morning. Had several interested neighbors.

The carport looks great and the two installers did a nice job. It did take about 75 days from when I ordered. That's about 2 weeks longer than the 60 day average they mentioned. But really was not a problem.

The installation crew and the product was as advertised. On time, efficient and an eye pleasing, good product. If I would have had more space I would have ordered a bigger one. The only down side was that Alan's doesn't offer guttering or at least gutter hanger brackets that fit the carport. I was able to fabricate my own out of hangers that I purchased at Menard's but it was quite a bit of trouble.
