I purchased a 12 bottle wine cooler from Air-N-Water that arrived way faster then expected and well packaged. Unfortunately after plugging in the cooler the temperature would not regulate and after troubleshooting it was determined to be defective. I contacted Air-N-Water and they had a free return shipping label with well spelled out directions and a replacement cooler shipped out the same day. It was an extremely easy and quick return process.

The price on the unit was great as well! I would recommend Air-N-Water to a firend for sure.

I called on a Friday and talked to customer service about a cookbook. She was so pleasant and helpful. She explained to me that she was sending me a download and it was free. Within minutes I had everything done. On Monday I called and spoke with Mike in sales about any accessories that I could buy for my product. He directed me to the site. After agreeing that was what I was looking for he helped me place my order. This company is very professional and seems to put their customers 1st. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Mike in sales took the call and was very easy to deal with. Checked the inventory of the item I wanted (a scratch and dent item) and handled the whole transaction. I had an issue using a Visa Pre-Paid card online on my order so after placing my order I called customer service and spoke to Mike. He was so very helpful. He understood my issue and work with my to resolve the issue. He even called me back to follow up and provided me with a direct number once I was ready to place the order.

Just received my second garage heater from Air-N-Water and it does the job it was designed to do just fine. I have s woodworking shop in my one car garage and these Indiana winters seem to get cold. Air-N-Water is a great company. I have been purchasing from this site for several years now. The first item I order had a manufacture defect and they replaced it without any hassle. They paid the return shipping and the turn around time was quick. They have the best customer service and they stand behind their products. That is why I keep coming back. My new Hunter ceiling fan arrived on schedule and is working perfectly. Air and Water right on target again. Being elderly, low income, and seriously disabled I appreciate, and am thankful for, the help and advice I received from Air and Water. They were very understanding about my Social Security income, which is way below the national poverty level, and did not try to get me to buy the most expensive fan. They guided me through my needs and found me the most reasonably priced one that is also well made and reliable. Their honesty and integrity is outstanding. Now I am trying to save for a portable room air conditioner for my extra hot apartment which is right under the roof. Hopefully next summer. I will buy from them because I can trust their honesty. They gave me respect and understanding even though I was not buying a high end product. Just a ceiling fan. The dignity and respect with which they treated me is deeply appreciated.
