I purchased a product from Air-N-Water and used it for about three weeks. I was not satisfied that it was doing all that I expected from it. I contacted customer service ( Mike) and he did not give me any problems about returning the product. He immediately e-mailed me a Fedex prepaid label and once they received the product, they reimbursed my credit card.

I had a problem with an ice maker that was just not going to work. I contacted air n water and asked for a refund and an order cancellation. Through some confusion in our communication I was not sent a return label, and by the time I realized that the label in the box was not the return label, I was already in line at FedEx returning the unit. I later found that Amazon has a course of action as does air-n-water for returning merchandise that I should have followed. Maegan at air-n-water was able to resolve the issue without me having to lose the $37 that I spent shipping due to my own misunderstanding of the proper procedure.
Now that is a company that I can deal with. Rather than using a technicality to limit their responsibility, their customer service stepped up and made good.
I purchased a fan from the company but the fan fell short of expectations. They responded quickly to a return request. Unfortunately their is a 10% restocking fee. The product was not what I expected but overall it was not a bad experience.
I was overwhelmed by the customer service I received by my representative. He found me a better discount code witch saved me 10% over my discount. I hold customer service to a high values because of my job and the value of it. So with that I give Air-N Water 5 stars.
Looked online for a fan, port-a-cool to be exact and was on the web-site trying to place my order and had to leave my office until next day. Had the site still up and finished my order and i got it all screwed up and end up canceling the order. Then Vincent S. To the rescue. I called the manufacturer looking for a part (ice basket for an ice maker). A fairly simple request. They took forever (on hold for 10 min), hung up on me, then when I called back, told me that the part was out of stock, and may never be available. I then asked for the part #, which she provided, and finally asked for a recommendation. That was the only value they provided, was referring me to Air-N-Water. I spoke with Mike of Air-N-Water, who told me they gave me the wrong part #, found the correct one, verified it was in stock, and facilitated the purchase... all in an expeditious manner, with a very polite demeanor.
You can't ask for anything more. Top notch.

The Soleus Air Oscillating Reflective Space Heater is the way to go for the winter months. This is my third Soleus Air Oscillating Reflective Space Heater. I have them in my home and office. I am ordering 2 more today with the help of Ivette, the Sale Associate. She was courteous, respectful, and was pleasant to talk with. This heater is light weight and my dad who had a stroke can pick it up with no problems. Just the right size for him while lounging in the family room. I told my friends about this heater and they all purchased some and then the heater were "out of stock" all summer long. Thanks again, Ivette!

I received multiple (very pleasant/prompt) email responses from Christine, who was amazing. I had a co-worker tell me about Air-N-Water when I mentioned I was looking for an a/c unit. I found the product I wanted on the website yesterday, but since I am in Air-N-Waters local area I called this morning to ask about will call options. I spoke with Christine and she was extremely helpful. She told me that I could will call if I wanted to, but I would receive my item tomorrow if I chose ground shipping--and the shipping was free! Given current gas prices and LA traffic, I am going with the free delivery! Also, Christine confirmed that I could use the online promotional code mentioned on their website for my phone in order as well. Wonderful customer service!
I bought a Symphony Winter XL Water/Swamp Cooler in 2010 and needed to order a replacement reservoir plug because mine had deteriorated over time and was leaking. The Customer Service representative was able to assist me in finding the part that I need and I was happy to know that parts are still available. My experience this morning with the Customer Service Representative, Vincent S, was excellent. Not only did he answer all my questions about the Luma Comfort Evaporative cooler, but he was warm and friendly. I was about to give him my coupon code to apply to the purchase price and he told me he could probably do better than that and found me an even lower price.
All in all, it was a very pleasant experience working with Vincent, especially compared with the typical "cool", hurry and get done with sort of attitude one receives with many Customer Service Reps.

I was buying a Wine Cooler on line but called to ask a few questions and confirm the FREE Shipping. My sales associate Vincent S. Was very polite and confirmed that my 116 lb. Wine Cooler would ship in 1-3 days for free. Vincent informed me the cooler had a 30 day damage delivery warranty too. If I needed to ship my cooler back A-N-W would send me a return label to ship it back for FREE and they would send out a new one at no charge and no re-socking fee that I was unaware of. Finally, I just let Vincent order my wine cooler over the phone instead of finishing it my self on line. Too easy. Thanks Vincent!
Had trouble with website dropping me twice as I was submitting order. I finally called 800 number and Vincent S was excellent to deal with. I was frustrated and ready to order somewhere else but he was patient and apologized and then helped me through ordering my dehumidifier in a prompt and professional manner. My order will be shipped today and I am very pleased to have had Vincent help me. He is also reporting the web issue. I also got a great price on the unit so I am very pleased.

I called air & water and spoke to a young man called Vincent. The product we needed wasn't available, but he went above and beyond in his efforts to make sure they were completely out of stock and that there wasn't a unit overlooked. When they received a shipment, he let me know and we ordered one right away. Since we needed the item for a Luau on Saturday, he personally went out of his way to ensure he could have the item on the last shipment going out. It is all about service! I was going to use a different company, however; because the service was so dismal and the assistant so arrogant I cancelled my order. This is exactly the opposite experience we had when I spoke to Vincent with air & water. I most definitely will recommend this company to others and will certainly use them again. Again I want to state the outstanding service that I received from Vincent. I only wish all the other sales assistants would provide the excellent service we have received in ordering this product!
I ordered an Air Cooler from this company and it was large enough to cool the area, however my area was small and this was just a bit noisy. I contacted the company requesting a return and someone named Mike M responded to me in a timely fashion requesting the reason for the return. The next day I received an email from Mike M telling me how to return the item for a credit. This is the best Customer Service I have ever received from and online order.
