I've ordered from this site before and have always appreciated the top quality of the heaters and ac units. Again, this order included two tower space heaters. There were no space heaters to be found in my state of WV!
It was such a relief to talk with Christine has she was patient in explaining what heaters were available for my needs. Talking with her was like talking to a neighbor here in WV who I happened to connect with at work!
It was the Presidents' Day email that prompted me to order.

I ordered a refurbished washing machine on eBay and needed to use the warranty on it. Mike responded promptly to my emails and made sure to get me a replacement machine right away! I really appreciate his exceptional and reliable customer service!

Christine was great in helping us find a solution to our very unique problem. We have a drum booth in our church sanctuary and it gets very hot from the person playing drums. Enter the need for cooling or else our drummer would quit. Looked around the internet and noticed that Air N Water had some unique solutions. They had exactly what we were looking to solve our problem of an over-heated drummer. Th drum booth is 10x5 and the Avalon Bay AB8K is going to be the perfect thing for us. She gave us a discount and then at the end she gave us another opportunity to receive another discount. They even provide free returns! Who does that? Great folks and great products! Customer service is what it's all about here!

IT'S hard to believe that there are still people out there that really care about the customer! I bought a garage heater that didn't fit the garage space and I will box it up and send it back with a pre paid shipping label from air & water! I was so impressed with the customer service I bought a small space heater and a new deep fryer in addition to the replacement for the garage heater! AIR & WATER has my business for life! MIKE M. We've had the cooler approximately one month and no issues have arisen. The often heard complaint about temperature fluctuation or not holding s steady temps has not been an issue. In facit the temps have been remarkable steady. Without a compressor this unit is really quite. You seldom know it is there.

The unit was packaged very tightly and no shipping or freight damage as so many people complained about. This unit came; I unpacked it, plugged it into the wall and voila, it has been working great ever since. Vincent did a good job as a sells person.

I needed a dehumidifier shipped overseas. I contacted them about 2 p.m. (after their "order by 1 p.m., ship the same day" deadline). So, because time was critical, I agreed to pay "2nd day shipping" ($119) in order to guaranty the item arrived in time for a friend to bring carry it with them.

They confirmed the order "2nd day delivery" on o Thursday (to ship Friday). On Monday, I called to get tracking information only to find they had shipped it "ground" on Monday. After talking to customer service, they refused to ship it overnight (or even attempt "2nd day, morning delivery" and merely refunded my money. Cost to me... hundreds of dollars in extra shipping and taxes from another retailer.

This company accepts NO responsibility for their own mistakes and misrepresentations!

I ordered an IQAir purifier from air-n-water and the shipment is very quick. Later, I've met some unexpected problems regarding the delivery by Fedex and I turned to the customer service of air-n-water. The lady, Christine helped me fixed the problem through her smooth communication among Fedex, her company and me, the customer, in only 2 hrs. I was very impressive by her professionalism and quick response. This is a good company with good employees. I will definitely try again for shopping!

My issues. Furthermore, he was kind enough to help me on a follow up question which
He actually is still checking up on and trust he will get in touch with me again.

As far as the overall experience, it's my first time purchasing anything from Air-N-Water but I have a feeling it will not be the last as I see other products I'm interested in.

I ordered a Portable Cooler and the customer service was great. I have a family gathering scheduled and was concerned that I would receive the cooler in time. When I placed my order Vincent S assured me that I would receive my product in 3 to 5 business days. That was on Thursday and it was delivered the next Tuesday.
