I went to this website since they had the lowest price listed on a product I wanted, however there was also listed an additional discount with a coupon code which was not recognized when entered. I called the number for customer service (sales) and spoke with Christine who was very professional and assisted me in this matter immediately. I ordered a garage heater as a surprise for my husband, only to find out when he opened it that we did not have the correct plug in or ability to add the correct plug in to use. Mike, at Air & Water was so kind and understanding and helped us in returning the product with no hassles! I would definitely recommend this company and will try to now find the right heater for our use, with them!

With her creativity and sense of persuasion with their factory supplier, I received an unanticipated promo item with my purchase. This was my first experience with Air n Water. If the rest of their team is even close to Bianca's expertise and professionalism, it's a win win for the consumer and Air n Water.
I shopped around and A&W had the best price! Then during my online ordering, I typed the wrong address for shipping. Christine called to inform me and made it right. I needed my wine fridge in Michigan for a Christmas gift and she got it there on time. I was so impressed with the wine fridge that, when A&W sent me a post Holiday discount, I bought one for myself... thanks Christine for your follow through and professionalism.
Paid about $60 for 2 day shipping and they did not deliver. For some reason this company is confused by the fact that my billing address and shipping address are different. So I sit here with water in my basement and and still waiting on an air mover because they're confused. These people are inept. If you have an emergency go somewhere else to buy. I'll bet they don't even refund my $60! Lesson learned.
Not sure what is going on with this group but I was emailed that they had oversold an ice maker that I had purchased and wondered if I wanted a different color. As I write this, two weeks after the sale, I have called them on four occasions and written three emails, never a response! Unbelievable. I have never experienced anything like it. I see some other reviewers that have had mixed experiences both good and bad. Maybe mine was a uniquely bad one but I will never buy again and I caution you to as well.
I bought this misting fan on June 8 2016.
It is ready for the trash in July.
The musters are all clogged. I have used CLR to clean the misting heads but it still does not work.
Save your money this fan just does not meet expectations.
Received the air fryer for Christmas. On 12/31 I ordered the pan/rack accesories to go with it. Jan 5, called to check status of order. They over sold the accessories and wont be getting any more in stock. It is no longer available and they won't honor orders they had accepted and charged to my credit card. All they will do is issue me a credit. Future units will be sold with the accessories. What a crock of BS.
Ordered a garage heater when The electrician took it out of the box you could here the bolts rolling around on the bottom of the unit. Needless to say it didnt even turn on and I still had to pay the electrician and still have not received my refund
When they put you on hold a recording plays over and over about their world class customer service. Yeah, right. When I signed up for their newsletter I received an email granting me 20% off my next purchase. When I tried to apply it to my next purchase it wouldn't allow it. So I called. The manager told me it was "up to" 20% and for the item I was purchasing it was 0%. What a Scam!
I was ordering online and thought the amount was wrong. I went back and forth for 15 minutes and finally called Air-N-Water customer service. Well... it turned out I'm lacking in my math skill and Air-N-Water had my order on it's way that day! Thank you.
I have been ordering air conditioning and refrigeration products from Air-Water over the past six to eight years. If I have had any problems or questions all I have needed to do was give them a call and whatever is taken care of. I normally order over the phone so I can ask questions and compare products, merchandise is delivered within one or two business days and rarely have I had mechanical problems - if there has been one it is soon settled and all is well. Their customer service staff is sharp and friendly. Plus I love the discounts!
Air King 9518 Wall Mount Fan Works great in my garage. On high speed it will reach all the way across the room. And although speed is perfect when you are sitting close to the fan. I only have had this product for a week. But love it I think it will last a long time. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased a infrared heater from air-n-water. When I received the item it didn't match the description in their ad. I contacted air-n-water (through e-bay) and requested a refund. Air-n-water contacted me and let me know my request was in process. I'm happy to say that a full refund was issued without any hassle or undue delay. I would shop with air-n-water again.

Purchased a Coca-cola mini cooler from these folks. It arrived faster than expected. Their staff was most helpfull. This little cooler is just right for my wife's beside table. Not mentioned in the sales advertisement, the unit can also function as a heater, keeping the contents warm!
