Their Online ordering is the worst. The number one worst. They always have issues. I've spent the last two days s couple hours each day trying to order a Winter Jacket Online. It doesn't go through. Just keeps jumping back to the beginning of the order. ALWSYS have problems. Don't even want to shop with them anymore. Their delivery service is very slow as well. As a company, Get it together.
I clearly ordered a product on Monday to have a two day ship. Meaning I should have it clearly by Friday and I'm not gonna receive it until Monday the following week that is more than a two day ship. I called the customer service and they are rude and she don't give a crap about your feelings or your needs!
I originally ordered two items from this store both amounting to around 18 dollars. Consisting of a 15$ item and a 3$ item I threw in just because i was already ordering. Low and behold i got an email saying that the 15$ item was out of stock and i would still have to pay the full shipping fee of the 3$ item. Without giving me a chance to cancel the order because they decided to ship it straight away. After trying to reach out to customer service from Aeropostale I was told there was nothing that they could do. I'm just confused why there was no confirmation required from my side to carry on with the order.
I made an order for my daughters school clothes on 6/11/22 as soon as i submitted the payment I noticed the shipping address was wrong. I called Right away to make sure they send it to my billing address and was told to allow an hour for update. Today 6/15/22 received notification that my Package was delivered but to the wrong address. I called To dispute this and was told they was not able to update the address. This is unacceptable and believe they should not be doing online orders. We spend our hard earned money and we should not be having this inconvenience. Bad way of running this. This needs to change. I don't think i will be ordering from this company again
Be careful when returning any of your purchases. I recently returned my full order which consisted of 4 items but was only refunded for one. It's been constant calls and online chats with still no resolution. Absolutely disgusted, like really you open the return package and conveniently only process one item.
So I got a package y pay like 25$ for express shipping I spent lik 265$ total and I got my package the next 2 days because I'm going on vacation and when I get my package and open it there's only a T-shirt and I'm like is this a joke or what?, I'm trying to explain everything and they are telling me they did send my 14 items but no and they don't want to replace my items not even a refund like nothing
Do not buy on line or phone order. I ordered two pairs of jeans on the phone on 2/27/2022. They shipped to wrong address. Tracked it and found out it said return to sender. The customer service agent said she would ship out a new order. I called today because I had not received order to find out it wasn't shipped. First call 3O minutes. Second call today over an hour. Told they could not ship it until order was returned. It was but has to go through a process. I will receive a credit once process is done. I still wanted the pants so now I can re order them if I want. They screw up and do nothing about it. With all three calls I wasted 2 hours of my time.
I had placed an order in nov 2021 amounting to $53.59 on the international website however have not received it till date, i. E. 26 jan 2022. The customer care staff is uncooperative and condescending and extremely rude on live chat! Would never recommend buying their products online as they take months to provide refund and never deliver the promised products. Completely shattered with my first ever transaction on their website...
Don't EVER SHOP EARLY for Christmas. Because I was "outside their return policy" they IGNORED the receipt I had and gave me the LOWEST PRICE since September and ONLY store credit. I will NEVER shop there again. I had the receipt and the clothes still had tags and was in the original bag I got this policy is RIDICULOUS!
I used to shop a lot at their stores. I loved the quality of their clothes and they would last me years. For the past few years, their quality has gone down the drain. Their fleece pieces are so thin, and after wearing and washing once, the items start pilling and looking overly worn. I'm very disappointed at their quality and would not recommend. Also, not everyone wants a big logo on their outfit.
Ordered over 100 dollars worth of goods including a buy one get one pair of jeans. I recieved three items after waiting for 2 weeks. I had to repetitively ask by email and phone the status and what what will and won't be sent. I did receive an expired discount code for my troubles.
I bought 3 items online on Nov. 27th more than a week later my items weren't shipped, I tried to cancel but was denied because the items were already set to ship, this was not true. My credit card was charged for all 3 items but I only received 1, when I contacted customer service (multiple times) they wanted to credit my account for only one item, I had to continue contacting customer service in order to make them understand that I had 2 items missing from my order. Why would they charge me for items not shipped in the first place. Here I am still waiting for my refund, I guess I'll pay interest for items I didn't receive. Don't buy online their customer service is beyond terrible.
It literally says on the site to order by noon 12/15 to get by 12/24 but has yet to ship. Instead I received an email stating I can get $10 off an order of $40 due to delays. Oh boy $10 for the total waste of time and money I spent and have to go get gifts for my daughter elsewhere then turn around and return all of this when it finally makes it. How do they know I'm not spending my last dollars! I asked if I could pick the order up in store she told me I NEED to wait and no I cannot then proceeded to keep trying to end the conversation with no remedy at all.
So long story short, I made a purchase of $80. Which was a set and the jogger were absolutely huge to be large size. I contact costumer serv. And they told me to return it I have to pay $7 and I ship them back bc they told me that they gonna do an exchange for a smaller size. Then i receive an email saying that they don't have the size in stock and I have to put a new debit card so they can charge me the shipping again for the replacement, and the extra for the pants too. On top of that I order on November 3 and I pay for fast shipping and they arrive the 27 which is a total mess. I will stay with American Eagle I never have any problem with them even when i return items. AEROPOSTALE TOTALLY SUCK.
I wish there is a way to give 0 stars.
Placed an order on 09/09 and so far on 09/24 nothing! Contact online twice and called customer service twice. All I got is they are experiencing a delay and sorry about that! Obviously I am not the only one who are experiencing this. Look at many of the other 1 star reviews! This is a store wide problem and they should clearly indicate on their website about this instead of the 3-5 days to ship nonsense! Also when I tried to cancel the order, they told me they can send a request but can't guarantee it will go through. Something is seriously wrong with their system!
I bought some fall clothes for my teens and the weather is getting cold. I am really worried that they won't be able to use them this year and next year they will be too small! Passed so many other good deals since the order, so so frustrating!
If you don't want to experience this, DO NOT buy online from Aeropostale ever!
Been 16 days since I ordered from them. And still waiting. See others wait longer they should specify this in the website, but they don't cause they want to get your money. They say they only get paid when ships. But if you use a debit your bank ties it up. I feel like it's a scam Perpetrated by Aeropostale. And their customer service is in a bull response. And it doesn't matter what you ask. It's the same bs. They should say on website that their online service is backed up. But no, get that money. Totally dissatisfied
I placed an order on aeropostale website on August 16th and it has not been shipped as yet. I spoke with the supervisor Alberto who was very rude and refused to help. I asked to have my order cancel since they do not know when it will be shipped he said it cannot be cancel. The representatives of Aero is very rude and it comes from management. They need to take a look at the last few reviews, people are upset and annoyed. Its 2 weeks and they can't give you any answer besides they are experiencing delays. They need to put it in red or bold when customers are placing their orders they are experiencing severe delays.
I ordered on Aug 8th. It's been 24 days and my items still haven't shipped. Customer service only gives copy and paste answers. They refuse to give me a refund or my items. I will NEVER use this company again.
It's been a month and still says order waiting to be fulfilled this is sad the worst part is they send me a email saying sorry for the inconvenience but we have a 10 dollars off your next 40 dollar purchase thanks but no thanks I will never waste my hard earned money on AéRopostale again this company does not care about you worst experience ever and customer service was no help thanks for stealing my money
I NEVER write a poor review, but I am so frustrated with Aeropostale. I placed my order on Aug. 3rd, for a bunch of cute shorts and t-shirts for SUMMER! Well, I STILL have not received my order. I contacted customer service twice and each time they said that the order was waiting to be fulfilled - seriously after 2 weeks? Now, almost a month? By the time I get my stuff (if I do), summer will be almost over.
I will NEVER order from Aeropostale again! I've received packages from China quicker.
Sorry for being so candid... I am just so frustrated!
