I ordered the propane alarm. It was a replacement for one that reached the End of Life. This alarm was early to install and fit exactly into the original space, no cutting needed. I tested it after installation and if worked. The delivery was fast using the cheaper service of 5+ days. I ordered on a holiday Sunday, they shipped on the Tuesday and I received in AZ on Thursday. Very satisfied with the service of Adventure RV.

Replaced it w/a better part at a lessor cost. Only problem is, due to space needed, I had to order a few extra fittings, which will be here today. I will be able to complete installation. Thank you Amazon.
Shipping was very expensive, and took way to long, and the fact that you don't want to talk to a customer on the phone does not send a very good message. 75% of what I buy is from online vendors. Most of the time shipping is free, and takes 5 days or less. I do not have amazon prime either.
I purchased a couple scratch-n-dent items to save a little money. The items were still brand new and only needed a few minor tweaks to fix, it took 5 minutes to repair the very little damage they had. I saved a ton of money going this route and am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely buy here again.
My order arrived in 2 shipments which was ok but not disclosed at time of purchase so it left me wondering after first pkg arrived (in the age of free emails I find this a bit inattentive. The second box arrived broken open with parts hanging out-with no parts list enclosed Im not sure if everything included got to my house? Did it? A bit more packaging or even a bit more tape could have made this arrival better. Sad if 20 cents of tape could cost you a repeat customer?
Im still happy with my purchase from you but would expect just a bit more service from the big players if you are one. I still thank you for my items and may return again.

The web pages at checkout are not as easy to follow as other sites I have used. Received product faster then expected and in perfect condition have not tried yet to make sure it works but looks perfect so expect it to be good.
I ordered the items, paid extra for fast shipping... i wasn't expecting less than 24 hours after the order was placed. I would have it in my hands. I figured at least a few days or so... the product was exactly what i ordered... everything there. And completely satisfied with the entire process.

This website was very easy to find what we were looking for. This is our first time on this site. Our purchase was processed very quickly and within 72 hours of ordering our Distribution Hitch, it was at our front door step. Box was a little rough. I contacted Adventure RV about it, they told be to make sure the product was not damaged, which it wasn't. So very pleased from start to finish. Well be definitely ordering more stuff shortly.
Exactly what I was looking for. Better that the original, I like the updated key pad and the positive push lock on the door. Perfect fit.
Also, extremely fast delivery. Installation was a piece of cake.

Simple process to order. That's all I've done so far. Ask me again once I receive my order. A Gas Piloted 6 Gallon Water Heater. I received my order in 3 days. (Very Fast) Everything seems to be in order. I am very pleased. I haven't installed the water heater yet. I still have some plumbing issues to take care of first.
The entire experience was flawless. The shipping was faster than expected. The part, which was a replacement circuit board, did not match up closely enough so I will be exchanging it. I would recommend you to anyone.
I have just purchased a new truck camper with holding tanks and under the floor drains. I had not anticipated the door sill being so high from the ground. On the adventurer.net I found a set of scissoring step that was exactly what I wanted. Easy to install, and the 5 step model was just the right size. They are solid enough to step up on and still light enough to fold down and stick inside for travel. Very satisfied with product and by selecting the 3 day delivery option, I had my steps within two days of ordering.

Your site was very difficult to actually place an order on. I entered correct information five different times and every time it was not accepted. We will not order from this site again. Finally it went through.
So far it's been great. I'll hold further comments until I receive the order. The product arrived earlier then expected and is just as described. I am very pleased and will return as well as refer friends.
It doesn't seem rush order fee is necessary, all orders should be pulled and shipped immediatley. That's how I do it with lots of positive response.
I received my part quickly. The module had come out of the box and was loose and moving around in the shipping package. The manufacturer box seems to be for shelf storage and probably should be taped shut for shipping individually, maybe even wrap sensitive computer modules. All in all a good buying experience and an unbeatable price.
