I have been trying all morning to reach someone from your company regarding a product that was delivered badly damaged. Fed ex said to contact you about returning the product. They are going to pick it up tomorrow ( the 8th) for inspections and return. Please contact me, you have my number.
The product value seems good but the shipping rates are outrageous. Maybe UPS is just charging everyone an crazy amount, I don't know. But it seems like a lot. Let them know your customers ARE noticing. Maybe you should check with the USPS. I bet they would be cheaper. And when your contract is up with UPS make them cut you a better deal.
I have made many purchases from Adventure RV over the last 5 years and I have never been disappointed with doing business with this company. Prices are usually the lowest to be found and I receive the order in a very timely manor without paying extra for priority shipping.
Easy to navigate and reasonable prices, but too many boxes pre-checked for you, shipping estimater off by $2 from that shown at checkout. Other than that, fun for all.
Addendum: FedEx lost the order and Adventurerv.net re-shipped the order promptly. Excellent customer service!
We have an older class C RV and of course things are starting to fail. The local RV service business wanted an arm and a leg to replace the water heater. I'm enough of a DIYer that I decided to do it myself. The prices from adventurerv.net were some of the lowest I found on the internet. Shipping time was great: ordered Friday morning, delivered Wednesday afternoon - with a holiday in there.
This is my second order. The first went great. I will reserve my remarks until after a second successful order and fulfillment.
6-7-14; I just received my second order. It's almost like Christmas morning, except I knew what was in the boxes. The process of order through delivery was nothing short of excellent. Adventurerv will be my go to for all my future outdoor needs.

Good selection. But take off the timer from the shopping cart; it kept dumping my selections while I was browzing and doing online research. I had to redo it 4 times!

Your products and prices are great but your customer service on live help realy sucks he was very rude & short with me. You may want to record all messages and find your weak link. You have great products at good prices you do need to improve your emails as I only received 1 email for two orders so I had to go to your site to see if the second order went thru.

Description of product is incorrect on webpage. When contacted online rep during ordering they directed me to manufacturer for incorrect webpage information, why? Received order. Understand that company included 3 different models in order description and sent cheapest model. Expect this, ie compare cost on most basic model, ignore others. I requested specific model, was not surprised, when not received, not returning it.
Could use a little more detailed product information. I had to look up why to use some of the products, where it would be nice to use your site to learn AND buy from.
The 4 tubes of caulk were shipped in a flat rate envelope which was completely busted open. I recommend an actual box for shipping heavy items not an envelope.
Small confusion with FedEx tracking/ delivery. 1/2 of shipment, 1 box, arrived a day earlier than expected. 2nd box did arrive the next day on scheduled delivery date. Both boxes left shipping point together. Very satisfied with purchase.

Attempts to gain additional information from the chat link were disappointing. While courteous, Ryan was of no help answering a very simple question about the length of the gsni-2300-80 gas springs I ordered. I ended up opening another web page and researched your site to ultimately find the length myself.
I went back to my ordeer to try to eliminate the shipping insurance, but your system would not allow me to do so.
The box that the Jack Foot came in was ripped open in three places, however it appears as though everything is there.

First time shopper. Found Search engine a problem, ie: if you dont EXACTLY enter all and/or correct data it will not search on key words. Had to go out and Google to get to the correct site item info.
Also, I was give promo code "Summer150" (for free shipping) and entered it before completing my order and updated the order and nothing happened. Did recommended "CHAT" on your site and they could answer if promo was in effect either. Whats up with that? No one knows?
The local RV dealer told me I would have to replace the entire inner shroud assembly on my Coleman Mach air conditioner to fix the broken louver/vanes. I did a search and found there was a Coleman repair kit and it was available through Adventure RV.net. In five minutes I replaced both louvers/vane assemblies. The kit is much better than the original parts that were very fragile. It takes two kits to replace both forward and aft facing louver assemblies.
Your site should state that the Billing address is for the Credit Card used not an internal one for your selves. Not knowing this turned a 15 minute process into a 4 hour fiasco. At times I was concerned I may have ordered 10 Converters as I could not tell if the order went through or not. Never once did it state the Billing address was the Credit Card Address. Please understand I am a nice person and not angry but I am also not happy I have wasted my entire morning trying to do something that should be real simple. Had I not used your online helper, (Jon) I would have never known this and given up on your company. Thanks for your time,
I was disappointed there was shipping as most sites have free shipping for an amount such as this, but you still beat the other prices. Hopefully all will go well in the shipping. We are looking forward to this produce!
Web site was easy to use. Good shipping options and clear shipping charges. I used Economy shipping and still got my order (from TN to OR) in only 5 days in Dec 2019, in perfect condition. Best prices too. Amazing!
Answer: Shady goings on regarding Credit cards. They ran mine weeks after I was on their site, totally caught me by surprise. I had abandoned an attempt to purchase an item from them as I could not contact anyone, eventual email response was so unprofessional that I KNEW it must be a ripoff. So I went elsewhere. Then a surprise charge on my ccard for nearly $900. I found that they have YEARS of VERY negative reviews about customers service, wrong parts, looooong ship times... AND they treat EVERYONE horribly! You've been warned, wish I was! Doug Z
Answer: Best price for the product I needed. Also they supposedly could get it to me as fast as the competition. But that was not the case.
