I was looking for a product and came across this web sight that had it email them to see how long it would take to get here because they were out of state they said two days I placed my order just like they said two days later it was here. Very happy with order and they back up what they tell you thanks William.
Being old-fashioned--& OLD-- I'd prefer to talk to a live person; however, this was pretty easy, so I'm not complaining.
I received the item in record time on 10/12/16... but am leaving it in the box for a a week until our plumber can install it. From what I can tell, the item is all there & no parts are missing. Because it's large & encumbersome (a toilet), we won't know 100% if everything is there. I will get back to you folks when the item is ready to be installed. So stay tuned.
THe description stated that it had a dent and a scratch...but it actually has 3 good size dents, but are not in areas that will affect the functioning of the furnace.
Should have put a picture showing actual damage, and probably could have taken a bit more than $49.00 off the original price.

Very happy with this AC, looks are top notch, love the remote control feature. Had professionals install, but it looked simple enough. Very happy with the cooling, and airflow. We will purchase this same unit if our second unit goes out.
Lots of accessories and good prices, I paid extra for fast post. I got a bit worried when they said 2 to5 working days to process before posting, I would have paid the extra for fast processing if I realized as I was moving on from the address they had. But it was delivered quicker so worked out ok. The main problem was contacting them, Rang answering machine saying the most efficient way was on line chat or email, so tried on line chat,told to email, emailed several time and all answers seemed like automated answers, in the end got my order OK. Moral to the story read the fine print and all would have gone smoothly
Rating is of coarse subject to receipt of product and how problems are handled if any. All the parts I ordered were correct and I did not have to contact customer service. Overall I would give my experience a 4.5 rating.
The range arrived late today in the pouring rain (tropical storm Bill). We put the box immediately in the camper but haven't opened yet. We are looking forward to this brand new range as our old one is a 1977 model.
I received 3 boxes from Fed Ex today (02/15/2018). I Placed my order on 02/09/2018. 6 days for delivery. I'm impressed. Thank you.

I was very excited to get my item... but got very ticked off when I filled it and it leaked like water thru a screen...gggrrr not happy with the mess... where the spout gets put on it is all broken and chipped, Im sure from shipping, why would you ship something like that in a plastic bag...?...
I was in dire need of a replacement hot water heater/tank that I could install before the Memorial Day weekend. Some dummy who kind of looks like me forgot to drain the hot water tank before the snow and cold of Alaska set in. The website was easy to use, had the best price, (the local RV dealer wanted to charge me just under $800.00 for the hot water heater and that did not include shipping. That would have made this cost almost $1000.00. Instead it cost me under $600.00 for the heater/tank plus a little over $100.00 for rush shipping. As we live in Alaska many companies will not ship to Alaska, biggest reason given to me is they only ship to the United States...
Website is easy to use, prices are very fair and the options for shipping are great too.

Before placing my order, when estimating shipping you said 11 dollars and change. When I placed my order it became $14.77 dollars. Thus you get two stars with that type of deception.
Other than that very unpleasant bait and switch, my experience was positive. It arrived in a timely manner.
Next time I will use amazon or Ebay or maybe even Cabelas. At least I know where I stand with them from a support perspective. One of the items was defective upon arrival so I initiated a ticket. Your response was to contact Thetford. Well guess what, Thetford doesn't seem to want to help me either. Oh well, why should you care, you got my money?!?!
Pricing and products were great. Only thing bad I would have to say is that it took 4 days for the order to leave the warehouse, I thought that was a little ridiculous, I'm guessing that's so you pay for the expedited shipping. Overall I was pleased with the company.
